How do I pair the MGDR-200 with a Nexa receiver?
Press and hold the learning button on your Nexa receiver until the LED flashes. Then press the button on your MGDR-200 remote. The LED will stop flashing to confirm pairing. Repeat for other receivers.
What battery does the MGDR-200 use and how do I replace it?
The remote uses a CR2032 lithium coin cell battery. To replace, slide open the battery compartment on the back, remove the old battery, insert a new one with the positive (+) side facing up, and close the compartment.
What is the operating range of the MGDR-200?
The operating range is up to 30 meters indoors, depending on walls and obstructions. For best performance, avoid metal barriers.
Can I use the MGDR-200 to control lights and other appliances?
Yes, when paired with compatible Nexa receivers such as the KF-10 plug or in-wall switches, you can turn on/off lighting and appliances. Some receivers also support dimming if the remote is configured accordingly.
How many MGDR-200 remotes can I use with one receiver?
Nexa receivers typically support pairing with multiple remotes (up to 8). Follow the pairing procedure for each remote.
Does the MGDR-200 require a line of sight?
No, it uses RF (radio frequency) at 433 MHz, so it can work through walls and furniture, though range may be reduced.
How do I reset the MGDR-200 to factory settings?
The remote does not have a factory reset function. To unpair, simply delete the remote from the receiver’s memory (refer to receiver manual) or replace the battery.
Is the MGDR-200 weatherproof? Can I use it outdoors?
No, the MGDR-200 is designed for indoor use only. Keep it away from moisture and extreme temperatures.
My MGDR-200 seems unresponsive. What should I do?
First, check the battery: if the LED is dim or absent, replace the battery. Ensure you are within range of the receiver. Re-pair the remote if needed.
Where can I find the user manual for the MGDR-200?
The user manual is available for free download on notice-facile.com in PDF format. You can also request a translated version via email on the same site.

SAFETY AND INFORMATION

Range indoors: up to 30 m (optimal conditions). The range is heavily dependent on local conditions – such as if there are any metals nearby. For example, the heavy metal coating in low-emission energy glass has a negative impact on the range of the radio signals. There may be limitations on the use of the unit outside the EU. If appropriate, check that the unit complies with the local regulations.

Max. load: Never connect lights or equipment that exceeds the maximum load of the receiver. This can result in faults, short circuit or fire.

Life-support equipment : Never use Nexa products for life support equipment or other devices where faults or disruptions can have life-threatening consequences.

Disruptions: All wireless units can be affected by disruptions that may have an impact on performance and range. The minimum

distance between two receivers should therefore be at least 50 cm. Repairs: Do not attempt to repair the product. It does not contain any serviceable parts.

Waterproofing: The product is in a flush-proof design (IP44). For proper outdoor function, the connected plug must be of an approved design for outdoor use (IP44).

Cleaning: Clean the product with a dry cloth. Do not use chemicals, solvents or potent cleaning agents.

Environment: Do not expose the product to extreme heat or cold, as this may damage the electronic circuits or shorten their service life.
