How do I install the Rex FGT1M oven?

Ensure the oven is placed on a flat, heat-resistant surface. Connect to a 230 V grounded outlet. Leave 5 cm space around the oven for ventilation. Do not install near water sources.

What does the child lock feature do?

The child lock prevents accidental operation by locking the control knobs. Activate it by pressing the dedicated button for 3 seconds until the indicator lights up.

How do I clean the oven interior?

Use a damp cloth with mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid using steel wool or harsh chemicals. The easy-clean enamel helps reduce sticking.

The oven is not heating up. What should I check?

First check the power supply and that the oven is plugged in. Ensure the timer is set. If it still doesn't heat, the heating element may be faulty. Contact a qualified technician.

Can I use metal cookware in the oven?

Yes, metal cookware is safe as long as it is oven-proof. However, avoid using aluminum foil directly on the bottom to prevent heat damage.

How do I set the timer?

Turn the timer knob clockwise to the desired time (up to 120 minutes). The oven will automatically shut off when the time expires. A bell sound indicates completion.

What is the capacity of the oven?

The oven has a 72-liter capacity, suitable for large roasts, multiple trays, or baking cakes.

How do I replace the oven light bulb?

Disconnect the oven from power. Remove the glass cover by turning it counterclockwise. Replace with a 25W/300°C bulb (E14 base). Reattach the cover.

Why is the oven smoking during first use?

This is normal. The new heating elements and insulation burn off residues. Run the oven empty at 250°C for 30 minutes with good ventilation.
