B. Operation:

1. Place the battery in the compartment. The LCD display will blink and display all figures.
2. Press 'Mode' to turn the unit on. The LCD back light remains lit for 12 seconds.
3. To select different wind measurements, press and hold 'Mode' for 3 seconds (until the measurement unit begins to blink). Then press 'Set' to select between the desired measurement units. To confirm and save the desired measurement unit, press 'Mode' to execute.
4. The Celsius / Fahrenheit (°C/°F) button on the front panel switches the temperature measurement between the two units.
5. Press any key to activate the LCD back-light display for 12 seconds.
6. Measurement: when the wind vane (fan) turns, the LCD display will instantly display the wind speed and temperature. When the temperature falls below 0^ , the wind chill symbol will appear on the LCD display.
7. Press and hold 'Mode' and 'Set' to power off the unit.
8. The unit's battery saving feature automatically powers the unit off after 14-minutes of non-use.
