Frequently Asked Questions - STE 74 BA+ Saivod

How do I clean the lint filter on my Saivod STE 74 BA+ tumble dryer?
Clean the lint filter after every cycle. Open the door, locate the filter at the bottom of the door opening, pull it out, remove lint by hand or with a soft brush, rinse under running water if needed, dry it, and reinsert until it clicks.
What does the error code E1 mean on the Saivod STE 74 BA+?
Error code E1 usually indicates a water tank full or drainage issue. Empty the water tank and ensure the drain hose is not blocked. If the error persists, check the condenser unit for obstructions.
Why is my tumble dryer not drying properly?
Common causes: overloaded drum, clogged lint filter, full water tank, blocked condenser, or improper program selection. Ensure the filter is clean, the water tank is emptied, and the load size matches the program.
Can I dry all types of fabrics in the Saivod STE 74 BA+?
No. The dryer has dedicated programs for cotton, synthetics, delicates, wool, and sportswear. Always check garment care labels. Do not dry items with foam rubber, plastic, or wool that is not labeled tumble-dry safe.
How do I empty the water tank on my Saivod STE 74 BA+?
The water tank is located at the bottom right of the dryer. Pull it out, pour the water into a sink, wipe the tank dry, and slide it back in until it locks. The indicator light will turn off.
What is the energy consumption of the Saivod STE 74 BA+?
The energy consumption is approximately 5.0 kWh per full drying cycle for cotton. Actual consumption varies based on load, program, and settings. The dryer has an energy efficiency class of D.
How do I install the Saivod STE 74 BA+ tumble dryer?
Place the dryer on a stable, level surface. Keep at least 5 cm clearance on all sides for ventilation. Connect the power plug to a grounded outlet. For condenser models, ensure the water tank is inserted correctly. No external venting is needed.
How often should I clean the condenser on my Saivod tumble dryer?
Clean the condenser every 3-6 months or when the 'Clean Condenser' indicator lights up. Remove the condenser unit from the bottom panel, rinse it under warm water, brush off any fluff, and reinstall.
Why does my dryer stop mid-cycle?
Possible reasons: water tank full, overheat protection activated, door opened, or power interruption. Check the water tank, let the dryer cool for 10 minutes, and restart. If the issue persists, contact support.
How do I activate the child lock on the Saivod STE 74 BA+?
Press and hold the 'Child Lock' button (or a combination of buttons, refer to manual) for 3 seconds. A lock icon will appear on the display. To deactivate, press and hold again.
