What should I do if the iron produces no steam?

Check that the plug is properly connected, the Temperature Selected Button is set to the steam zone (high), and the Steam/Dry Selector is not in Dry position. If needed, move the selector 2-3 times to reset. Also ensure the water tank is filled. If problem persists, clean the steam vents as described in the maintenance section.

Why is water dripping from the soleplate?

Dripping can occur if the temperature is too low for steam use. Set the temperature to the 'high' zone. Also ensure the Steam/Dry Selector is not in Dry position when using Jet of Steam. The interval between jet steam presses should be at least 2-5 seconds.

How does the automatic shut-off work?

If the iron is left on the Power Base for about 10 minutes without use, it will automatically turn off to save energy and prevent hazards. To restart, simply push the Temperature Selected Button until the red light appears at the desired temperature indicator.

Can I use tap water in the iron?

Yes, the Anti-Calcium Cassette softens tap water and reduces mineral buildup, allowing long-term use of ordinary tap water without weakening steam function. Do not use water additives or scented water.

How do I use the jet of steam feature?

Pump the Jet of Steam Button several times before first use in a session. For wrinkles, pump the button with an interval of at least 2-5 seconds. For vertical steaming, hang the garment, hold iron close but not touching, and press the button after 2-5 seconds. Keep the Steam/Dry Selector in Dry position.

What is the anti-calcium function?

The built-in Anti Calcium Cassette in the water tank continuously reduces mineral content in the water, preventing scale buildup in the vaporizing chamber. This allows prolonged steam use without weakening.

How to store the iron after use?

After ironing, press the Temperature Selected Button until 'OFF' light turns on, unplug, move Steam/Dry Selector to Dry, empty the water tank, reinstall it. Allow iron to cool, then retract the power cord by pulling out 5-10 cm and letting it rewind. Place iron on Power Base, close the cover case, and store in a safe place.

What does the auto water seal do?

The Auto-Valve System closes the valve in the soleplate when temperature drops below 110°C, preventing water from entering the vaporizing chamber and spitting out. This also allows the iron to dry automatically when cooling.

How to clean the soleplate?

Unplug the iron and let it cool completely. Wipe the soleplate and other parts with a damp, soft cloth. For serious stains, use a neutral detergent. To clean steam vents, use the Jet of Steam function and pump several times until no steam is visible.

What is the purpose of the spray mist feature?

The spray mist feature dampens fabrics directly, which is especially helpful for ironing thick materials like cotton and linen. To use, repeatedly pump the Spray Mist Button until it works.

SAFE USE OF THE IRON

Your safety and the safety of others is very important

We have provided important safety messages in this manual and on your appliance. Always read and obey all safety messages.

This is the safety alert symbol. It is used to alert you to potential hazards that can kill or injure you and others. The safety messages will follow the safety alert symbol and either the word "WARNING" or "CAUTION".

These words mean:

You can be killed or seriously injured if you don't follow these instructions.

You can be exposed to a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided, may result in minor or moderate injury.

The safety messages will tell you what the potential hazard is, how to reduce the chance of injury, and what can happen if the instructions are not followed.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of burns, electric shock, fire, or injury during the usage of this iron,

basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following: READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE IRON

1. Do not leave the iron unattended while it is connected to the electrical source. Keep it away from children.
2. Do not loop Cord around iron Soleplate.
3. If the supply Cord is damaged it must be replaced by our service agent in order to avoid a hazard. Do not use the supply Cord of this iron to other home appliances.
4. During operating, should prevent such high-temperature parts as the Soleplate or Heat-insulated Plate etc., from contacting body and thermo-labile objects so as not to scald or damage of objects.
5. Should unplug and cut off the power supply before you add in or empty out water from Water Tank.
6. This iron must be used with its Power Base.
7. Must use the electrical outlet with earth connection.
8. The power cord and plug may present a risk of personal injury when the cord is allowed to retract freely. Always hold the plug and pull the cord out about 5-10cm, and retract the

cord slowly to reduce the risk of the cord "WHIPPING", which has the potential risk of causing injury to the face, eyes. etc.

Never allow children to play with the iron or the retractable power cord. Retract cord into cord reel unit when stirring.

1. Should stop using and pull out the Plug immediately while abnormal occurs (such as scorch, smoke etc.) to avoid fire or electric shock, then contact with our service agent.
2. If the iron was damaged or has been dropped and there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking. Do not repair the iron by yourself, it should be repaired by the designated service center; otherwise the user should take all responsibilities of damage.
3. The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface. When placing the iron on its Power Base, ensure that the surface under the Power Base is stable.
4. Do not use the appliance with the Cord in tangled condition. The supply Cord might be damaged soon.

Please set the iron back to Power Base while you don't iron clothes, after use a period of time, please put the iron back to Power Base to reheat(refer to P13 point 6).

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of electric shock or fire:

Do not operate another high wattage appliance in the same circuit, to avoid a circuit overload.

To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage to your iron:

1. Never use steam iron cleaning products in the iron, as they may damage working parts of the iron.
2. Do not use water additives or substitute water such as linen or scented water in the steam iron. They can stain fabrics.
3. If the Steam/Dry Selector is not at Dry(关) position after using, remaining water will move into the Soleplate and can result in burns at the next use of the iron.

ANTI CALCIUM FUNCTION

● The built-in Anti Calcium Cassette in the Water Tank, soften water; continuously reduces mineral contain in the water. Reduces scale buildup in the vaporizing chamber of the iron, makes it possible to use steam function for a long period of time.
● Ordinary water can be used in this iron for a long time, and steam function doesn't weaken.

AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF

When you forget shutting off power, it will automatically shut off.

● The iron will automatically shut itself off if the iron has been left on the Power Base more than about 10 minutes.
● Turn iron back on

* To turn the iron back on to resume ironing, simply push the Temperature Selected Button until the red light appears at the desired Temperature Indicator.

* At the situation of Auto Shut-Off, if the supply power shut off, after electricity resume, the iron will at the situation of shut off.

AUTOMATIC WATER SEAL

Auto-Valve System built-in the Soleplate, when the temperature of the Soleplate drops below 110°C. The valve for the vaporizing chamber in the iron automatically close and stops the water from going in further. This prevents water from spitting out the Soleplate, staining the clothes.

Besides it is unnecessary for you to heat the Soleplate again and it will automatically dry, store the iron when it cooled.

HOW TO RETRACT POWER CORD

The automatically retracted cord device built-in the Power Base, power cord can be retracted automatically. When after ironing, hold the plug and pull the cord out about 5-10 cm, let the cord rewind itself; then power cord can be retracted totally.

Notice: When retracting power cord, always grasp the plug as this may cause the cord to

"whipping" and cause injury. If the power cord seems hard to rewind pull it out slightly and wind it again while guiding it into Power Base.

HOW TO USE AS A STEAM IRON

(for low, medium temperature and heat-sensitive

fabric, try to iron invisible place of fabric; If necessary use a press cloth on top of fabric.)

Remove the Cover Case: Place the unit on a firm and stable surface, while press the Case Lock Button, lift the Cover Case to open.

a) Move the Steam/Dry Selector to Dry (关) position. b) Press the Water Tank Release Button; take out the Water Tank.

a) Open the Water Fill Cover.

b) Fill the Water Tank up to "满水(MAX)" line.

Notice: ① Observe the volume of water at upright position, do not overfill above "满水 (MAX)" indication.

② Using pure tap water.

③ While fill Water Tank with water, don't plug the AC Power Cord into electrical outlet.

a) Close the Water Fill Cover.

b) Re-install the Water Tank to the main unit, until a click sound is heard.

Hold the plug and pull the Power Cord out to suitable Length, then Plug the AC Power Cord into electrical outlet, connect to power supply.

Set the iron on the Power Base securely. Push the Temperature Selected Button until the red light for steam zone starts blinking.

Notice: ① Do not leave the iron unattended while it is connected to the electrical source.

② When use Regular Steam or Jet of Steam, please set the Temperature Selected Button to "高" zone. Low temperature will lead to water leakage.

a) Preheat the iron until the Indicator Light change from blink to illumination( while the iron being use, it reheat itself when the temperature decline, the light doesn't blink.)

b) Move the Steam/Dry Selector, select steam quantity; and start to iron.

Notice: ① The iron should be set on the Power Base securely for connecting to power supply, While not in use, please set back to Power Base, the Power Base will maintain the

selected temperature. Just put the iron into Power Base, don't put it at other place.

* This iron must be used with its Power Base.

② After take out the iron from Power Base, you can iron continuously for about 90 seconds to 120 seconds. (use for steam iron and set temperature to "高")

* Different time for different condition.

Steam/Dry Selector (switch as the following)

Light steam: for thin or delicate fabrics requiring a small amount of steam.

Regular steam: for fabrics requiring a lot of steam (i.e.thick materials, items with stubborn wrinkles.)

How to use the Jet of Steam feature

a) For fabrics of thick materials and with stubborn wrinkles, and cleaning the steam vents at the same time.
b) Pump the Jet of Steam Button several times before using for the first at each ironing session.
c) The interval should not less than 2-5 seconds when using the Jet of Steam, to avoid the hot water dripped from the Soleplate.
d) When using Vertical Steam, hang the garment on a clothes hanger. Hold the iron away from your body close to but not touching the fabric. Pull the fabric tight with your free hand and after 2-5 seconds press the Jet of Steam Button.

Notice: ① When using Jet of Steam, keep the Steam/Dry Selector in the Dry(关) position and set the Temperature Selected Button to "高" zone, or some water will drop from iron.

② Never iron clothes on the body or point your iron at anyone when steaming.

The water volume can be observed very clearly whatever in vertical or horizontal position. Please pull out the Plug when the volume of water is low, and refill the iron according to the step ③-⑤.

a) After ironing, push the Temperature Selected Button until the "OFF(断开)" light turns on, pullout Plug.
b) Move the Steam/Dry Selector to the "Dry(关)" position, press the Water Tank Release Button, take out the Water Tank.
c) Empty water from Water Tank.
d) Re-install Water Tank, keep the Steam/Dry Selector in the "Dry(关)" position.

After ironing, while cool down and store; always keep the Steam/Dry Selector in the Dry (关) position; set the iron back to Power Base, refer to (HOW TO RETRACT POWER CORD) (P12), retract the Power Cord back to Power Base. Let the blade of Plug upward, push the Cover Case vertically until heard the sound clicks; then store the iron at safe place.

● You can restore the iron even it is hot.

HOW TO USE THE SPRAY FEATURE

1. Remove the Cover Case same as step ① of *HOW TO USE AS A STEAM IRON *, Move the Steam/Dry Selector to the Dry(关) position.

2. Set the iron on the Power Base securely, plug the AC Power Cord into electrical outlet; connect to power supply.

3. According to (Temperature Select Indication) push the Temperature Selected Button to the desired position. Preheat the iron until the Indicator Light change from blink to illumination, and start to iron.

4. After ironing, pullout Plug, set the iron back to Power Base. retract the Power Cord back to Power Base, push the Cover Case vertically until heard the sound clicks; then store the iron at safe place.

HOW TO USE THE SPRAY FEATURE

Repeat to pump the Spray Mist Button till it works.
The spray feature is particularly helpful for ironing thick materials such as cotton, linen fabric.

FABRIC AND IRONING RECOMMENDATIONS

Notes: 1. For heat-sensitive fabric, try to iron using a press cloth on top of fabric, otherwise it will ruin or damage.
2. Iron belended fabrics, setting temperature for lower-temperature fiber
3. Iron clothes with worse heat resistance first while ironing the different kinds of cloth.

MAINTENANCE

Unplug iron, wait until iron cools completely.

● Wipe off iron Soleplate and other part with a damp and soft cloth.
● For serious stain, use a neutral detergent.

- Cleaning the steam chamber of Solepate and steam. vents with Jet of Steam, accord to (How to use the Jet of Steam feature) (P14), pump the Jet of Steam Button Several times until steam is invisible.
