How to install the Ardes Pareto Mini heater?

The heater must be wall-mounted in a fixed position. Use the provided screws and wall plugs. Ensure the distance between the screws matches the hanging holes on the back. Mount at least 1.80 m above the floor and 15 cm from the ceiling. After hanging, push the heater to the right so the screws enter the guide for stability.

How to set the timer?

Press the TIMER button on the control panel or remote control. Each press increases the operating time by 0.5 hours, up to a maximum of 7.5 hours. The corresponding indicator lights (0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h) show the set time. If no timer is set, the heater runs continuously.

Can I use this heater in the bathroom?

No, do not use the heater near bathtubs, showers, or swimming pools. It is not designed for wet or humid areas. For safety, it must be installed at least 1.80 m above ground and in a location where controls cannot be touched by a person in the bath or shower.

What should I do if the heater does not turn on?

First, check that the power cord is plugged in and the main switch on the heater is set to 'I'. Ensure the On/Off button on the control panel or remote is pressed. If it still does not work, verify the power supply and do not attempt to repair yourself. Contact an authorized service center.

How to clean and maintain the heater?

Disconnect the plug and let the heater cool down completely. Use a soft or slightly damp cloth to clean the exterior. Never use abrasive pads, chemical solvents, or immerse the appliance in water. Do not allow water to enter the air vents.

Is the remote control included? How to replace the battery?

Yes, a remote control is included. To replace the battery, open the battery compartment cover, replace with a new CR2032 coin cell (same specifications), and close the cover. Remove the battery if the appliance is not used for an extended period.

What are the safety precautions?

Do not cover the heater, as it may cause overheating. Keep it away from curtains and combustible materials. Do not use with timers or remote systems other than the one provided. Children under 3 must be kept away or supervised. Ensure the appliance is not placed directly below a socket outlet.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

Children shall not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.

Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.

Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or instruction concerning 8

use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

CAUTION — Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.

If the power cable gets damaged, it has to be replaced only at a service centre approved by the manufacturer.

After removing the packaging, check the appliance for any signs of damage. In case of visible damage, do not use it and contact a qualified technician. ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Assembly kit composed of: 2 screws ∅ 8 mm - 2 wall plugs.

WALL INSTALLATION

Fix the two plugs to the wall with the respective screws, taking into consideration that the distance between them must correspond to that between the two hanging holes on the back of the appliance. Leave the heads of the screws protruding out from the wall enough so that the appliance can be hung on the screws. Once the appliance has been hung on the screws, push it to the right so that the screws go into the guide above the hole, thus improving the stability of the appliance.

The appliance must be installed at least 1,80m above the ground and 15 cm from the ceiling.

Operation.

The appliance can emit both cold and hot air, depending on hot it is set.

Before connecting or disconnecting the appliance, make sure that all the switches are in off position.

To turn the appliance on plut the plug in the socket and position the switch to "I". The POWER indicator light will turn on in the control panel.

Press On/Off ( ) button. The FAN indicator light will turn on in the control panel and the appliance will start to operate in cold air mode.

Pressing the HEAT button in sequence selects the medium power heating mode, then the maximum heating mode, then cold air and so on.

By pressing the TIMER button you can choose between several predetermined operating time periods for the appliance up to a maximum of 7,5 hours; the related indicator light will turn on in the control panel to indicate the working time before the automatic shutdown. Each press of TIMER button increase 0,5 hours time. If the function is not set (the indicator light in the control panel 0,5h-1h-2h-4h are off), the appliance will operate continuously.

To turn off the appliance press On/Off button ( ). Do not turn off directly from 0-I switch because the appliance may be damaged. The fan continues to run a just few seconds to cool the appliance.

Using the remote control:

Press the red On/Off button to turn on/off the appliance.

Using I and II buttons to select the heating modes:

I = press one time to select medium power heating mode, press again to deactivate this function and back to cold air mode.

II=press one time to select the maximum heating mode, press again to deactivate this function and back to cald air mode.

Press TIMER button to select the operating time (same function of TIMER button in the control panel of the appliance).

Maintenance

This appliance does not require any special maintenance.

Disconnect the plug from the socket and let the appliance cool down well before cleaning it.

In order to clean the appliance, use a soft or slight damp cloth.

Never use abrasives or chemical solvents.

Do not use very wet substances, liquids or cloths to prevent water from entering into the apparatus and irreparably damaging it.

NEVER IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE INTO THE WATER.

Battery replacement.

In order to remove the cover of the battery seat, replace the battery with another one featuring the same specifications, and replace the cap correctly.

If you do not intend to use the appliance fo an extended period of time, remove the batteries. If the batteries are leaking, be careful not to touch the acid which has leakied out.

If you come into contact with the acid, wash your hands thoroughly.

Be careful that the acid does not come into contact with the eyes and that it is not ingested.

Remote the batteries from the appliance before its disposal.

The batteries must be disposed of in the appropriate containers.

The guarantee covers the replacement or repair of parts making up the appliance which were faulty at source due to manufacturing faults.

The manufacturer declines any responsibility for damage to persons, animals or property due to misuse of the appliance and failure to observe the directions contained in the instructions.

Limits

All rights under this guarantee and any responsibility on our part will be voided if the appliance has been:

- mishandled by unauthorized persons

- improperly used, stored or transported

The guarantee does not cover damage to the outward appearance or any other that does not prevent regular operation.
