USER MANUAL POC Cart Anthro
Adjustable-height POC Cart has been a favorite Anthro medical cart since it was introduced in 2001. Its wide five-point chair base provides a stable and easy-to-move foundation, and the strong pneumatic cylinder lifts the 32"-42" high to position your work at a comfortable height. The POC Cart 2 is the updated version (new in 2012) with a larger work area, hidden support bracket, and the lower column cover has a new curved profile.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Shelves: 3/4" thick 45 lb. industrial-grade particle board with high-pressure, scratch-resistant laminate. Vinyl contour edge banding matches the laminate.
Column and Base: Column is a pneumatic cylinder behind a removable steel cover that conceals and protects cords and cables. Five-point star base.
Casters: Soft rubber, black, twin-wheel 4" casters, two locking.
Warranty: Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects on the cart; 5-year warranty on the column.
Adjustable-height POC Cart 2, loaded up with bins and shelves plus holders for keyboard and monitor.

- The new POC Cart-2 uses the same height-adjustable column and wide chair base as the original POC Cart, now updated with a larger top and new colors. The cart adjusts 32"-42" high with the squeeze of the lever.
- The large shelf measures 24.5"w x 21"d, plenty of space for all your equipment and supplies. It's also big enough to support a storage drawer or retracting keyboard.
- The curved trunk cover conceals the pneumatic cylinder inside and routes equipment cords and cables out of sight. Knobs on the outside edges of the cover hold optional shelves and bins on the front and back.
- Two versions, Standard (POCD-series) and Super (POCE-series). The column in the Standard version is balanced to lift 16-30 lbs. The column in the Super version is balanced to lift 27-41 lb. Include the weight of the accessories when calculating the load on the column. Lighter loads will be harder to push down; heavier loads will be harder to pull up. Weight ranges are estimates only.
- Comes with shelf, gas cylinder with rubber cylinder cover and lever, cable, trunk, black star base, and 5 casters (4", 2 locking).
- Overall weight capacity of 150 lbs. The cap shelf holds 50 lbs., but cylinder lifts less.
- Wide 5-point chair base provides plenty of stability and the large 4" casters (2 locking) move over rough surfaces, in and out of elevators, and stay in place when locked.
- Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects; Five Year Warranty for the cylinder.
• Available in Cool Grey (CG) metal with Fog (FG) laminate or Silver Satin (SS) metal with Blanc (BC) laminate.

EQUIPMENT HOLD-DOWN
- Secure your monitor or other equipment to a shelf with this handy kit. Attach an adhesive-backed buckle to one side of your equipment and another to the shelf, then feed the included strap through the buckles to secure.
- Comes with four adhesive buckles, two Polypropylene straps (1" wide x 8" long), and two alcohol pads for cleaning equipment and shelves.

EQUIPMENT STRAP
- Keep your equipment in place with this strap. Clamps to the sides on any wood shelf with a pair of C-clamps.
- Comes with nylon strapping (1.5" wide x 8' long).

FLAT PANEL MONITOR MOUNT
Lots of choices for your flat panel monitor! Pick the features you need. Note: all mounting options conform to VESA 75mm and 100mm mounting standards. If you need a different standard or would like to discuss additional monitor solutions that we have available, give us a call.
SINGLE MONITOR
DUAL MONITOR
- The Single, Dual, and Dual Heavy-duty mounts use a 13" high stand and tilt-and-swivel knuckles to support your monitors. The Single (part #615zz) supports a single display up to 22 lbs. The Dual (part #617zz) supports two displays up to 22 lbs. total and 17" across. The Dual Heavy-duty (part #627zz) supports two displays up to 44 lbs. and 20" across. The mount base is 4.5"w x 4.5"d.
- Need a monitor mount that takes up as little space on your cart as possible? Choose the Flat Panel Mount – Compact 18". A simple 1-1/2"-diameter tube mounts directly to your cart shelf. The tube is 18" long with holes every inch for installation of the tilt-and swivel mount. Holds up to 22 lbs. Works with POC-2 only.
- Need a mount that's a little taller? Choose the Extension Tube – Large 26" and add either a one-monitor or two-monitor knuckle to it. The Extension tube is a 2.5"-diameter tube with a 4.5"-diameter base. The tube has holes every inch for installation of a tilt-and-swivel knuckle assembly. Choose the Single (part #ZPMSzz) or Dual (part #ZPMDzz), supports two displays up to 44 lbs. total and 20" across), sold separately. Works with POC-2 only.
• Install by drilling through the shelf and securing to the shelf bracket with four bolts. Drill required for installation.
