VOLTAGE ERROR WHEN THE LIGHT INDICATOR IS FLASHING, THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS OVER THE HIGH PROTECT VOLTAGE, THE PROTECTIVE CIRCUIT WILL START AND THE REGULATOR HAS NO OUTPUT, WHEN THE OUTPUT VOLTAGE IS UNDER THE HIGH PROTECT VOLTAGE, THE REGULATOR WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESUME OUTPUT.
