My dryer is not heating properly. What could be wrong?
Check if the lint filter or condenser is blocked. Also ensure the water tank is not full. If problem persists, the heating element or thermostat may need replacement. Contact Beko service.
Can I install the dryer on top of a washing machine?
Yes, using a Beko stacking kit (sold separately). Ensure the washing machine is stable and of correct dimensions. Do not stack without the kit.
