Prior to initial use of the LED Window Decoration, please read the instructions, but particularly the safety and installation

instructions. Keep the instructions for future reference and pass them on to a possible subsequent owner.

SCOPE OF DELIVERY

• 1 acrylic figure with LED lamp
• Hanger with suction cup and battery compartment
• Operating instructions

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS

• Do not operate the acrylic figure in the packaging! Fire hazard!
- Do not operate the acrylic figure in a fire-sensitive environment and do not lay on a flammable surface.
• Do not wrap the acrylic figure in flammable materials. Fire hazard!
• The acrylic figure must not be electrically connected to other light chains or networks!
• The acrylic figure must no longer be used if the power supply cable is damaged!

LED BULBS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED!

Battery instructions

• Keep the packaging and protective films away from children, there is a risk of suffocation.
  • Never recharge batteries that are not suitable for this. Explosion hazard!
  • Do not throw batteries into fire.
  • Do not short-circuit or dismantle batteries.

• Keep batteries away from children.
  • Immediately contact a doctor, if a battery should be swallowed.
  • Clean the battery and appliance contacts prior to insertion, if required.

• Immediately remove depleted batteries from the device. There is an increased risk of leakage.
  • Never expose batteries to excessive heat, such as sunshine, fire or similar! There is an increased risk of leakage.

• Avoid contact with the skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Immediately rinse areas affected by battery acid with plenty of clear water and immediately contact a doctor.
  • Always replace all batteries at the same time.
  • Only use batteries of the same type; do not use different types or used and new batteries together.
• Remove the batteries from the device in the case of longer periods of disuse.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Inserting batteries

1. Loosen the screw on the battery compartment lid.
2. Slide the lid in the direction of the arrow in order to open the battery compartment.
3. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment with the correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the battery compartment lid and tighten the screw.

Start-up

1. Press the hanger firmly onto a clean and grease-free window surface.
2. Press the button (1) on the back in order to switch the acrylic figure on/off.
   In order to remove the acrylic figure from the surface again, lift the suction cup on the tab and then pull off the hanger.

Automatic on and off switch

The acrylic figure is equipped with an automatic on and off switch. Switch the acrylic figure on. It will now automatically switch on and - after 6 hours - back off every day at the same time.

Colour stop function

If you press the ⏻ button, it can be stopped at any colour and remains in this colour. If you press the button again, you will reactivate the function and the colour change will start again.

CAUTION

The acrylic figure is only usable indoors; it is well-suited as a decoration for windows during the advent period.

CLEANING AND STORAGE

Clean the acrylic figure with a soft, dry cloth. The power cable and battery compartment can be cleaned with a slightly dampened cloth and mild detergent. It is best to store the acrylic figure in its original packaging.

Please remove the batteries for longer storage.

DISPOSAL

Battery disposal

Batteries and rechargeable batteries are not permitted to be disposed of with household wastel

Every consumer is legally obligated to submit batteries and rechargeable batteries to the collection centre of his local municipality, district or to retailers. All batteries and rechargeable batteries can thereby be disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Batteries and rechargeable batteries containing toxins are identified with this symbol and with chemical symbols (Cd for cadmium, Hg for quicksilver, Pb for lead).

Once the device has reached the end of its useful life, please dispose of it properly. Take the device to a collection centre for electrical and electronic waste. Do not dispose of it with household waste.

Also dispose of the packaging materials properly and in an environmentally sound manner. These are raw materials and can be recycled. Please contact your local authority to find out about the current applicable disposal regulations and opening hours of the collection centres.

Warranty

The appliance has been manufactured with the greatest care.

The warranty period is three years from the date of purchase.

Please retain the sales receipt as proof of purchase as without it the warranty claim cannot be processed.

During the warranty period, the sales receipt and the completed warranty card with a description of the fault must be supplied once you have contacted the service centre by phone. A new appliance will be supplied.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.

This warranty does not apply in cases of damage caused by accident, improper use, abuse and force majeure.

This warranty will be invalidated if the appliance is tampered with in any way whatsoever.
