How to install the Elica Oretta IV/A/60 T.Grezzo cooker hood?
Installation must be carried out by a qualified professional. The hood is fixed to the wall at a height of 65-75 cm above an electric hob or 75-85 cm above a gas hob. Use the supplied plugs and screws. Connect the evacuation duct (150 mm) or install the charcoal filter for recirculation mode.
How to clean the grease filters?
The aluminum grease filters should be cleaned every 2-3 months. Remove them and wash them in the dishwasher at low temperature (max 65°C) or by hand with mild soap. Dry them well before putting them back.
When to replace the charcoal filter?
The charcoal filter should be replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on use. It is not washable. For the recirculation version, regularly check its condition and order a compatible replacement filter.
What to do if the hood does not turn on?
First check the electrical supply: fuse or circuit breaker. Make sure the plug is working. If the LED indicator is off, the lighting module may be defective. Contact after-sales service.
How to adjust the extraction speed?
Use the push buttons on the front: press the V button to select the speed (1, 2, 3). A long press activates boost mode (intensive speed) for 5 minutes, then automatically returns to speed 2.
