Check if the brew pause feature is activated (carafe removed). If not, ensure the water reservoir is not empty and the unit is not in need of descaling. Also check for power interruptions.
How to adjust the strength of coffee?
The CM3000S does not have a strength selector. Adjust the amount of coffee grounds to your taste. A standard recommendation is 1 tablespoon per 6 oz cup.

How to set the clock on Farberware CM3000S?
