IMPORTANT INSTRUCTION:

  1. Please read these instructions before operating this a liance and retain for future use.
  2. Always ensure hands are dry before handing the lug or switching on the a liance.

Before using your Hand mixer-Set

  1. Before use, unpack and remove all packaging. Retain the packaging and receipt until completely satisfied with your product.
  2. Do not plug in the power cord and ensure that the 5-speed control switch is in the "0" OFF position.
  3. Wash the beater and dough hooks in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Use a damp cloth to wipe over the mixer and dry with a soft clean cloth. Never immerse the mixer, cord set or plug in water or liquid of any kind. Never hold under water.
  4. If not using immediately, see storage instructions within "Storage" section.

Operation of your Hand mixer-Set

Eject Button: This easy press button releases all attachments from the mixer sockets without any fuss. The eject button can only be pressed when the 5-speed switch is set in the “0” off position.

5-speed switch: .he switch has 51s eed settings (015) that can be selected for all your mixing tasks. .urn off the a liance after use by selecting the “0” Off osition.

Beaters and Dough Hooks: A air of beaters and dough hooks is supplied with the mixer.

.he beaters and dough hooks have a set method of fitting into the mixer socket because they are not identical and are interchangeable.

First select the beater or dough hook with gear.

Looking at the underside of the mixer and at the left hand socket insert the notched end of the beater or dough hook in an anticlockwise direction to locate the notch on the beater or dough hook correctly in the socket, while using it fully into the socket until a click is heard. .he beater or dough hook should be firmly fitted to the socket.

Note: Ensure the beater or dough hook are fully inserted into correct socket or your mixing result may be affected.

Operation:

  1. Always set u your a liance on a dry, level and secure work surface.
  2. Ensure that the mixer is unlugged and the mixer 51s eed switch is in the "0" OFF position.
  3. Select the desired attachment and connect into the hand mixer, see "O eration of your Hand mixer1Set".
  4. Ensure that the desired attachment is correctly fitted before lugging into a suitable mains outlet and adding your ingredients to the bowl.
  5. Select the desired seed setting on the hand mixer using the 51s eed switch.
  6. After processing the desired in ingredients, turn off the mixer in the "0" OFF position.
  7. .o remove the attachment from the hand mixer, lace fingers loosely around the s indles and ress the eject button located at the front of the head of the mixer. .he attachment will then be released into your hand.

Care and Cleaning:

Before cleaning your mixer ensure that the ower is turned off at the ower outlet, then remove the lug. Always switch off and un lug before cleaning.
