How do I enable 5.1 surround sound on the Strato EVO 5.1?

Connect the headset via USB and install the Ozone software from the official website. In the software, select the 5.1 surround sound mode. Make sure your game or application supports multichannel audio.

Is the microphone detachable?

Yes, the microphone is detachable. To remove it, gently pull it out from the left earcup. It uses a 3.5 mm jack connection.

Can I use the headset on a console?

Yes, it works with PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Use the 3.5 mm cable for consoles; the USB connection provides power and surround sound on PC only.

How do I adjust the volume and mute the microphone?

Use the volume wheel on the left earcup to adjust overall volume. Press the mute button (located next to the volume wheel) to toggle the microphone on/off.

Why is there no sound?

Check that the USB cable is properly connected to a powered USB port. If using the 3.5 mm jack, ensure it is fully inserted. Also verify the volume wheel is not turned all the way down.

How do I customize the RGB lighting?

Download and install the Ozone software. In the 'Lighting' tab, you can choose colors, effects, and brightness for each zone. The settings are saved onboard.

Are spare parts available?

Yes, replacement ear cushions, headband padding, and cables can be purchased from the Ozone website or authorized retailers. The microphone is also replaceable.

Does the headset support virtual 7.1 surround?

This model is specifically designed for 5.1 virtual surround. It does not support 7.1 mode natively. For 7.1, consider the Strato EVO 7.1 variant.

How do I clean the headset?

Wipe the earcups and headband with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use water or cleaning agents. For the ear cushions, remove them and gently wash with mild soap and water, then air dry completely.

The microphone is not working - what can I do?

Ensure the microphone is fully inserted and not muted. Check your device settings: select 'Ozone Strato EVO' as the input device. If using the 3.5 mm cable, use a 4-pole adapter if necessary.

THE DRIVER INSTALLATION

1. Before installation, you must preserve the open application and then exit, to avoid data loss after installation.
2. Open your computer, before install driver, first connect headset USB plug into your computer USB interface, then in windows explorer find "Setup.exe", double-click it for intssllation.
3. When starting installation application, click "Next".

To begin installation click "Next".

Choose contents to install.

Info about drivers and destiny directory. Installation progress.

1. You'll need to reboot system in order to complete the installation. Click "OK" and reboot system will reboot.

Main setting:

In the tray, click the USB 3D sound configuration, and pop-up the Ozone Strato configuration panel:

1. Analog Output: selected this button can choose channel model of analog output.
2. Mode of analog channel: you can choose this kinds of head-phone setting: 2, 4, 6 or 8 speakers. Please choose 6 speakers.
3. Advanced settings for heavy bass and vibration intensity.
4. Didn't provide digital output.
5. Display connection of audio and microphone, but you can change it, is just for reference.
6. DSP mode: click DSP setting, change it to DSP use mode.
7. Switching the actual speaker: open the speaker setting then choose what you like.
8. Digital volume control: you can adjust volume for each channel.
9. Display channel and speaker test: it displays state of cahnel of analog output, click the speaker to begin sound test.
10. Automatic sound test: each channel can be tested automatically.
11. Stop the sound test.

There are 4 independent volume knobs on it, control respectively the volumes: front, center, rear, vibration sub, additionally, there are 1 main volume control and 1 mute control of microphone.
