GB As specified below, there are restrictive conditions valid in France, Italy and Norway for using the equipment outdoors when using the standard IEEE 802.11b/g/n wireless LAN.
In FRANCE, when the product is used outdoors, only channels 1 through 6 are allowed. Thus, in "Infrastructure Mode", using the equipment outside, only the authorised channels, between 1 and 6, are allowed to be configured and the access point must be configured to these channels before establishing the connection.
In ITALY: the use of the RLAN network is governed by Legislative Decree No. 259 dated 01 Aug 2003, Articles 104 (activities subject to general authorisation) and 105 (free use) for private use; Legislative Decree dated 28 May 2003 and subsequent modifications for the provision of public and private access to networks and telecommunication service; and the updates contained in Legislative Decree dated 12 July 2007.
The channels in the frequency interval between 5.15 GHz-5.35 GHz and between 5.47 GHz-5.725 GHz are only available for interior use.
In NORWAY: Use of the apparatus is not permitted within a 20 km range of the centre of Ny-Ålesund, Svalbard.
In some situations and areas, the use of wireless technology can be limited those responsible for the organisation, for example on board aircraft, inside hospitals or where there is a risk of interference with other devices. PreCAuTlonS For uSe: Supply the product using exclusively the external power-pack supplied with the kit. Should it be necessary to replace the power-pack without knowing the type of power source required, contact the authorised support service or the dealer. Never pull the power cable out to disconnect the power-pack from the power outlet. Disconnect the plug instead. If the power-pack or its cable are damaged, even if only slightly, you must not use it again and replace it.

ProDuCT InSTALLATION
The default mode setting of this device is AP (Access Point): This mode can convert the wired transmission into wireless signals.
- Use the included power adapter to power on the AP. You can also use POE power supply or POE switch to power on the AP.
- Connect the LAN port of the AP to a switch/router/modem by an Ethernet cable.

Then you can connect a desktop PC or laptop to your network (make sure your computer or laptop is equipped with a Wireless Adapter).

Right-click the wireless connection icon "S") on the screen of the PC and then select View Available Wireless Networks.

- Select the default wireless network name (SSID) of this device is "KRAUN_the last 6 characters of MAC address", for example, "KRAUN_123456

- Enter the required network key.

The default Key is: KRAUN_KR.KZ
We suggest you change SSID and the network key.

In order to change the configuration of your device or the wireless working mode from Access Point to Bridge (WDS) see the following Instruction.
1. Web LogIn
Connect the device via wired cable to your PC. Your PC's IP address must be in the same IP Address range of your AP.
a) Enter "My Network Places", right click "Local Area Connection" and select "Properties".
b) 2. Select "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)" on the appearing window and click the "Properties" button

noTe: Note: Please remind the current parameters of your PC's IP address which it must be restored when you have completed the amend of the configuration of the AP.
Manually configure the IP address as 192.168.0.* (* is any integer between 1 to 253), the Subnet mask as 255.255.255.0.
Launch Internet Explorer. In the address bar, enter the AP's default IP address, 192.168.0.254. Press Enter key and the login screen will appear. Enter admin both in the user name and password field.

Click OK to enter the welcome page of the device.
This device supports two working modes:
wireless AP (AP), Bridge (WDS). Select a working mode to configure the settings.
Bridge (WDS). Select a working mode to configure the settings. On this page, you can select wireless AP or Bridge to adapt different wireless access environment.

2. BRIDGE (WDS) MODE Bridge (WDS) mode includes P2P, P2MP, Wireless Repeater.
POINT TO POINT BRIDGE
P2P bridge mode can connect with two wired network via wireless access points, which communicate by wireless signals and not by cables.

P2MP BRIDGE MODE
P2MP Bridge mode can connect multiple wireless access point together without cabling. If "Root AP" is configured as P2MP bridge mode, other remote access points should select P2P bridge modes. Support up to 4 remote access point connection. In this mode, wireless clients are not allowed to connect.
