Frequently Asked Questions - SC-NA07 PANASONIC

How do I pair my Bluetooth device with the speaker?
Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (the top LED flashes blue). On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for devices. Select "Panasonic SC-NA07". If asked, enter password "0000". Upon successful pairing, the speaker beeps twice and the LED turns solid blue.
What should I do if there is no sound from the speaker?
First, check the volume on both the speaker and your Bluetooth device. Ensure the device is connected and within range (10 m). If still no sound, try restarting the speaker or disconnecting and reconnecting Bluetooth.
How long does the battery last on a full charge?
The battery provides up to 8 hours of playtime when played at 40%–50% of maximum volume. Actual battery life may vary depending on usage and volume level.
Can I use the speaker while it is charging?
Yes, you can use the speaker while charging. However, if the battery is very low (below 20%), the volume will be reduced to protect the circuit. Once charged above 20%, restart the speaker to restore normal volume.
How do I reset the speaker?
The speaker has a RESET button on the back (near the DC IN port). Use a thin object to press it. This restores factory settings.
What is the Bluetooth range of the speaker?
The operational range is approximately 10 meters (30 feet) in free space. Obstacles like walls or other electronic devices can reduce the range.
How do I use an external audio device with the speaker?
Connect the external device (e.g., MP3 player) to the AUDIO IN socket using a 3.5mm stereo cable. The speaker automatically switches to AUX mode. Press play on the external device.
What does it mean when the top LED flashes red and blue?
Flashing red and blue indicates a low battery. The speaker will also beep every 5 minutes. Charge the built-in battery as soon as possible.
Why is the sound volume low even at maximum setting?
The volume may be low if the battery charge is below 20%. The speaker automatically reduces maximum volume to protect the circuit. Charge the battery until it reaches at least 20%, then turn the speaker off and on again to restore normal volume.
How do I clean and maintain the speaker?
Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior. Do not use liquids, aerosols, or abrasive cleaners. Keep the speaker away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and moisture.

Low battery warning

  • While the battery is running low, the indicator on top of the unit flashes between red and blue.

Sound becomes low while in use

The sound may become low in the following cases. This is not a malfunction.

  • When the built-in battery is running low and the indicator on top flashes between red and blue, while the speaker is being powered by the built-in battery only.
  • When the built-in battery is running low as a result of using the speaker at a loud volume for a long time even if the speaker is connected to an AC outlet via a USB AC adaptor (commercially available), or connected to a booted computer.

If the sound becomes low while in use, follow the procedure below.

  1. Turn off the speaker.
  2. Charge the built-in battery sufficiently.

Note

- This speaker is designed to reduce the maximum volume to about half when the remaining built-in battery power becomes less than 20% in order to protect the circuit due to extreme voltage fluctuation by using at a loud volume. Even in this case, you can charge the built-in battery, but the volume does not return to the normal. To return the volume to the normal, charge the built-in battery until the remaining built-in battery power reaches 20% or more, turn off the speaker and turn it on again, and then adjust the volume.
