- Make sure there is sufficient ventilation around the oven.
- Make sure the oven is completely dry before use.
- The oven cannot be placed on untreated wood surfaces. Place it on solid, heat-resistant surfaces.
- The feet at the base of the oven can leave marks on the table. If so, remove these marks with a damp cloth.
GUIDA ALL'USO
- Turn the thermostat dial clockwise to the desired temperature.
- Turn the convection and rotisserie set dial to the desired setting
- Turn the heating selector dial to the desired position.
- Turn the timer dial clockwise to the desired cooking time.
- The power light will light up after timer is turned on, and it will go out when the timer is turned to OFF.
- When the cooking time is over, the timer will auto shut off and the bell will ring.
- If the cooking is finished earlier than the set cooking time, please turn back the timer to OFF to turn off the oven.
- In the first use of this oven, there might be some light smoke coming out from the oven, this is normal. After 5-15 minutes the smoke will disappear.
- In order to get better cooking performance, it is recommended to pre-heat the oven about 10-15 minutes.
HOW TO USE THE ROTISSERIE SET
- Insert one of the two forks into the spit, making sure that the pointed part of the fork faces the center of the spit. Fix the first fork to the spit with the butterfly screw.
- Insert the food on the spit sliding it along the first fork
- Insert the second fork from the opposite side of the spit, making sure that the pointed part of the fork is also facing the center of the spit.
- Insert the second fork through the food and fix the fork with the other butterfly screw.
• Make sure you have placed the food in the center of the spit, to ensure a more homogeneous cooking.
- Insert one side of the spit in the square hole placed on the right side inside the oven cavity.

- Set the thermostat to the temperature of 230^ C .
- Turn the timer knob to set the desired cooking time. The LED will light up. Normally it takes 30 minutes to roast 2.5Kg of chicken.
• After setting the rotisserie knob with or without convector, the spit will start to rotate. - When you want to finish cooking, turn the timer knob to the OFF position.
- Once the oven has cooled down, the rotisserie handle must be used to remove the spit from the oven. Raise the left side of the spit first. Once the left side of the spit has slipped slightly outward, make sure that the right side, comes out of the square hole. Once unhooked, carefully remove the spit.
GRILL COOKING
- Turn the selector to GRILL setting (Top heating).
• Turn the temperature dial to 230° - Turn the timer to the desired grill time.
- When the grill cooking is done, turn back the timer to OFF to turn off the oven.
Remark: Keep a distance of at least 2 cm between food items and the top element.
CRUMB TRAY USE
Before operating the oven, firstly open the door, put the crumb tray at the bottom of the inside chamber(under the bottom heating element). So during the cooking process, all remains will fall into the crumb tray instead of the bottom plate, it is much easier for cleaning.
AFTER USE
- Turn the cooking selector to OFF
- Turn back the timer to OFF.
- Turn the convection knob to OFF
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet.
- Wait until the oven is completely cool before any cleaning or maintenance.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water. All surfaces can be cleaned with a clean damp cloth.
- If stains still appear, it is recommended to use soap.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp utensils to clean the appliance.
- Clean the interior chamber with a clean damp cloth.
- Clean bake rack and bake pan with a damp cloth
