What batteries does the ALKCT-2000 use?
It uses 2 x AAA batteries (not included). Replace both batteries when the remote becomes unresponsive or the LED dims.
Why is my remote not working?

What is the operating range of the remote?
The infrared signal works reliably up to 10 meters (33 feet) from the device, within a 30-degree angle.
Does the remote require line-of-sight?
Yes, it uses infrared technology and needs a clear line-of-sight to the device's IR receiver for proper operation.

The remote supports most major TV brands including Samsung, LG, Sony, Philips, and more. Check the included code list or contact Trust support for compatibility.
