How to connect peripherals (console, DVD player)?

Use the HDMI ports located on the back of the TV for digital video/audio connection. For older devices, use the SCART or composite (RCA) inputs.

How to tune channels for DTT?

Go to the Settings menu > Channel search > Auto scan. Make sure you have connected a suitable antenna.

What to do if the image is distorted or pixelated?

Check the antenna connection and signal quality. Try reorienting the antenna or using an amplifier. You can also perform a new channel scan.

Why is there no sound?

Check that the volume is not on mute (speaker icon crossed out). Make sure the correct audio source is selected in the menu. If you're using an HDMI device, check the cable.

How to clean the TV screen?

Use a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Never apply cleaner directly to the screen and avoid abrasive products.

The remote control no longer works, what should I do?

Replace the batteries with new ones, respecting polarity. Check that no obstacles block the signal between the remote and the TV's infrared sensor.

Can I mount the TV on the wall?

Yes, the TV is compatible with a VESA wall mount (usually 200×200 mm). Use a bracket suitable for the device's weight and fix it securely.

How to update the TV software?

Go to the Settings menu > Software update. If an update is available via USB or network (if connected), follow the on-screen instructions.

What to do if the screen is black but sound works?

Try turning the TV off and on. Check the brightness and backlight settings in the menu. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service.

How to reset the TV to factory settings?

Go to Settings > General settings > Factory reset. Confirm the operation; all your data (channels, settings) will be erased.

First Time Installation

Country

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select the country which you live in.

Language

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select the OSD language.

The language you choose will be used in the following settles.

Delete Program

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select whether to delete all the programs.

Search Program

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select whether to start searching programs.

The channel search setting can be found in the AUTO TUNING part.

Picture Mode

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select preferred picture mode. We recommend you to use the presetting.

Sound Mode

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select preferred sound mode. We recommend you to use the presetting.

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select Yes then press OK button to confirm.

If you changed the presetting for the sound or picture mode the following menu will appear.

Press ▼/▲ button and then use ◀/▶ to select Yes, if you want to keep the settings for the automatic program search. Then press OK button to confirm starting the automatic program search or select No and press the OK button to get back to previous menu.

FIRST TIME INSTALLATION

If you select No in the first menu, this menu will appear.

Use ◀/▶ to select Yes then press OK button to confirm exit. The first time installation then gets deactivated.

Note: After this selection the user guidance for the first time installation is not available anymore. Please refer to the description in this instruction book of how to automatically program ATV and DTV. Use ◀/▶ to select No then press OK button to return to first menu.

Use ◀/▶ to select Do It Next Time the press OK button exit, it will remind you whether to set the first time installation when the TV is powered on next time.

1. Do not put your TV near any heat source (such as radiators or stoves), or near equipment (including amplifiers) that produce heat.

1. Your TV is either fitted with a polarised plug or grounding-type plug. A polarised plug has two blades with one wider than the other. A grounding-type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The wide blade or the third prong is provided for your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, ask an electrician to replace your plug socket so that it fits your TV plug.

2. Do not walk on, trap, pinch or damage the power cord. Take care that the cord is not pulled, especially at plug sockets and where it comes out of the TV.

1. Only use attachments and accessories (included with your TV) that we have approved.

1. Only use TV trolleys, stands, tripods or tables that we approve. If you use a trolley/table with your TV, be careful when you move it. So that it doesn't tip over.

1. Unplug your TV both power and antenna during lightning storms or when you won't be using it for a week or more.

1. If your TV needs repairing, use a qualified service technician. If you damage your TV, it will need to be serviced.

1. Be careful when you plug the power cord into a socket. Do not overload wall sockets. They could damage your TV and could give you an electric shock or cause a fire. Check your TV's power cord from time to time, and unplug your TV if the power cord looks worn. Stop using it until you have had the power cord replaced by a qualified technician. Do not twist, kink or pinch the power cord.

2. Disposing of your TV. The fluorescent lamp inside your TV has a small amount of mercury in it. Phone your local council to find out where your nearest recycling centre is located to ensure the TV is scrapped in compliance with UK & EU regulations.

Note

-If your TV is cold, there may be some small 'flickers' when you turn it on. This is normal and there is nothing wrong with your TV.

-Avoid touching the LCD screen with any object or holding your finger against it as this may cause damage.

This symbol means there are wires in your TV which are not insulated. If you touch these wires, you may get an electric shock.

This symbol means you should read the servicing guide before you take further action.

-You should not service your TV unless you are qualified to do so. If your TV breaks down, contact a qualified TV engineer.

-Make sure you plug in your TV securely.

-If you use your TV to play video games or connect to your computer to use as a screen, keep brightness and contrast at a low level. Images with a high level of brightness or contrast may burn on to the screen permanently.

How to clean your TV

1 Wipe the TV screen with a soft, dry cloth
2 Do not use solvent methyl benzene. Strong chemicals may damage your TV screen.
3 Make sure you switch the TV off before you clean it.

Setting up and using your TV

1. Check the voltage shown on the serial number or rating label on your TV, and make sure your TV is compatible with the voltage in your home. If you are not sure about the voltage you have in your home, please contact your distributor or an electrician.

2. Make sure you plug the power cable into the socket securely. If you have problems plugging in your TV, please contact the shop you bought your TV from to replace the power cable.

The plug is designed, so that it will only fit one way. If you have problems plugging in the socket properly, please contact the shop you bought your TV from.

1. Do not overload power sockets or extension cords when you are setting up your TV. If you overload the power sockets or extension cords, you could receive an electric shock or cause a fire.
2. Do not place any objects on the power cord when you are setting up your TV. Keep your TV screen away from any sharp objects such as screw drivers or knives so that you don't scratch or damage the TV screen. Only use the correct power cord when you set up your TV.
3. Make sure you turn off your TV when you are not using it. If you won't be using your TV for a week or more, unplug both power and aerial connections.
4. The vents at the back of your TV are to let air cool the inside of your TV, so it doesn't overheat. Please make sure the vents are not blocked.
   5.Do not put your TV on a bed, sofa or carpet. This may block the vents.
5. Do not put your TV in an enclosed space, such as on a bookshelf or in a TV cabinet. Doing this may block the vents.
6. Keep your TV away from direct sunlight.
7. Do not place your TV on an unsteady shelf or desk. The TV could fall and injure you.
8. Do not put objects inside the TV (such as children's toys). Doing this could give you an electric shock or damage the parts inside your TV.

When you must call a technician

If any of the following happens, unplug your TV and contact the shop you bought your TV from or a qualified technician to repair your TV.

1. If the power cord or plug is damaged
2. If liquid gets into the screen
3. If your TV is damp or wet
4. If your TV is damaged
5. If the TV doesn't work properly.

The temperatures your TV will work in

Your TV will only work when the temperature is in the range of 0^ C– 40^ C.

Setting up and using your TV

Do not try to repair your TV yourself. There is high voltage inside it and you could receive an electric shock.

Safety notice

Your TV has a CE marking. This means your TV meets both the EMC directive (89/336/EEC), (93/68/EEC) and the Low Voltage Directive (73/23/EEC) that the European Community have issued.

When you need to throw your TV away

Please contact the shop that sold you your TV when you need to throw it away.
1. Do not throw your old TV away with your household waste.
2. You can also contact your local council to see if they can collect your old TV. If you throw your TV away at a landfill site, dangerous chemicals from your TV can leak into the ground and get into the food chain.
3. When you replace your TV with a new one, the shop who sold you your TV are legally responsible for taking your old TV and throwing it away.

How to use your remote control

1. Take the back cover off your TV remote and put two AAA batteries into the remote control. Make sure the + and - symbols on your batteries match the diagram.
2. Replace the batteries. So they are facing the right way. If you won't be using the remote control for a long time, take the batteries out. Use your remote control carefully. Do not drop. Keep the remote control away from water, direct sunlight and hot surfaces.

1. Power Cable : Main power input.

Press to cycle through the different sound settings.

6.AUDIO

Press to search the NICAM modes.

7. SLEEP

Select amount of time. Let your TV turn off automatically.

8.0-9

Press to select a TV channel directly when you are watching TV.

9. FAV

Press to increase/decrease your favourite program.

Return to the previous channel viewed.

11. MENU

Brings up the main TV menu to the screen.

12. EXIT

Exit the main TV menu to the screen.

13. EPG

Press to select the EPG mode.

14. DISPLAY

Press to display the source and channel's information.

15. THUMBSTICK(▲/▼/◄/►/ENTER OK)

Allows you to navigate the OSD menu and adjust the system settings to your preference.

Press to increase/decrease the sound level.

Press to scan through channels.

Press SOURCE button to display the source list. Press ▼ /▲ button to select the source you want to watch. Press OK/ENTER button to enter the source.

Show topics when you enter TV mode without scan program. You will see the TV information just as the picture in the right which include the CHANNEL COLOR SYSTEM and SOUND SYSTEM you have chosen in the MANUAL TUNING.

PICTURE MENU

Press MENU button to display the main menu.

1. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select PICTURE in the main menu, press ▶ button to enter the submenu.
2. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the option that you want to adjust in the PICTURE menu.
3. Press ◀ / ▶ button to adjust。
4. When you are satisfied with your adjustment, press the MENU button to return to the previous menu。

Picture Model

Select Picture Mode in PICTURE menu.

Available picture mode:

Personal: You can adjust the Brightness, Contrast, Colour, Sharpness to your own taste.

Standard: A normal use mode which usually used in a unchangeable light environment.

Movie: This mode is better used in a dark environment. The brightness is higher than other modes.

Mild: This mode is better used in a place which is bright, the brightness, colour and sharpness are lower than those of other modes.

Game: Usually used when you play games, the brightness is just lower than that of MOVIE mode.

If you change the value of Brightness, Contrast, Colour, or Sharpness on the picture menu, the picture mode will be changed to "Personal" automatically.

EASY WAY: You may select the picture mode directly by pressing PMODE button repeatedly.

Brightness

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the brightness of the picture.

After adjust the value you want, press MENU button to return to the preview MENU.

Contrast

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the contrast of the picture.

Contrast

Colour

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the colour saturation.

NOTE: This option is invalid in PC mode, and it will be shown in gray.

Sharpness

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the sharpness of your TV. The suitable sharpness can make the picture look more clearer.

Tint

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the tone of colour when your system is in NTSC.

Color temperature

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the. optimum colour temperature mode to suit your eyes for viewing .The picture looks more brighter when the COLOUR TEMPERATURE is higher.

SOUND MENU

Press MENU button to display the main menu.

1. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select SOUND in the main menu, press ▶ button to enter the submenu.
2. Press the ▼ / ▲ button to select the option that you want to adjust in the SOUND menu.
3. Press the ◀ / ▶ button to adjust.
4. When you are satisfied with your adjustment, press the MENU button to return to the previous menu.

Sound mode

Select Sound Mode in SOUND menu.

If you change the value of Bass and Treble on the Sound menu, the sound mode will be changed to "Persona" automatically.

EASY WAY: You can press SMODE button repeatedly. on the remote control to select the Sound Mode directly.

BASS

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to increase or decrease the level of the lower-pitched sounds.

TREBLE

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to increase or decrease the level of the higher-pitched sounds.

BALANCE

Press ▼ / ▲ button and then use ◀ / ▶ to adjust the audio output between left and right speakers.

FUNCTION MENU

Press MENU button on to display the main menu.

1. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select FUNCTION in the main menu, press ▶ button to enter the submenu.
2. Press the ▼ / ▲ button to select your option what you want to adjust in the FUNCTION menu.
3. Press the ◀ / ▶ button to adjust
4. When you are satisfied with your adjustment, press the MENU button to return to the previous menu or press the EXIT button to exit the main menu.

LANGUAGE

Use ◀ / ▶ to select the language in the language menu. It also can be selected in the First Time Installation.

VIDEO SIZE

This option allows you to select the screen display mode which best corresponds to your viewing requirements.

Note: The available aspect mode may be different in different input signal.

TT LANGUAGE

Use to select TT(Teletext) Language.◀ / ▶

SLEEP TIMER

Select the sleep time to put automatically the TV in standby mode, for example, the TV will be in standby mode 30min after you set the SLEEP TIMER 30 min. Timer can be selected as 0min(off) to120min.

EASY WAY: You can select the sleep time by pressing SLEEP button repeatedly.

OSD TIMER: You can select the time when the OSD display on the screen from 5Sec to 60 sec. BLUE SCREEN: This option allows you to select the blue background on or off. If on, the screen background will turn blue at very weak or no signal condition

RESET : Press ENTER or ▶ button to reset the TV to the factory default.

CHILD LOCK: Press ENTER or ▶ button to set the child lock. You need to enter the PIN code. If the Child lock is set "OFF", and the default PIN code is empty, you can press ENTER button directly to enter.

TIPS: Super user's (administrator's) password is 0000.

Child Lock

Press ▶ button to set the child lock.

Key Lock

Press ▶ button to set the key lock.

Change Code

Press ▶ button to enter Change Code menu.

Installation

Press ▶ button to open the first time installation menu, and the operation of this menu is in page 2. Note: If you set the CHILD LOCK "ON", you can't enter the INSTALLATION(It's in gray).

TV MENU

Press MENU button to display the main menu.

1. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select TV in the main menu, press ▶ button to enter the submenu.
2. Press the ▼ / ▲ button to select your option what you want to adjust in the TV menu.
3. Press the ◀ / ▶ button to adjust.
4. When you are satisfied with your adjustment, press the MENU button to return to the previous menu or press the EXIT button to exit the main menu.

COUNTRY

This option allows you to select the country.

AUTO TUNING

This option allows you to tune the channels that can be received automatically.

Note: Before you perform Auto Tuning, you must choose the country where you are by selecting COUNTRY option

Press ENTER key to start. You can see the child lock if you set the child lock "ON" before, press enter password 0000 and choose "Yes", Press MENU to cancel and NO to back.

You can press MENU button to stop auto tuning and close the OSD menu.

MANUAL TUNING :

This option allows you to perform Manual Tuning. Press ◀ / ▶ to select the suitable option.

This option has two functions:

1. Set the frequency of channel for AFT option.
2. Press ▶ button to select "ON" and it will start auto tuning from this frequency.

Note: Before you perform Manual Tuning, you must choose the country where you are by selecting Country option in the FUNCTION menu.

Press ▼ / ▲ to perform your selection, Press the password 0000 to enter the CHANNEL menu. the menu of Manual tuning will display on the screen.

Channel

Press ◀ / ▶ to select Manual tuning in TV menu.

Sound System

Press ◀ / ▶ to select a corresponding sound system.

Colour System

Press ◀ / ▶ to select a corresponding colour system.

AFT (auto fine tune)

Due to weak signals or a wrong antenna configuration, some of the channels may not be tuned to the best reception condition. AFT function allows you to fine tune channel selected (the frequency of channel is around the value in Manual Search option).

CHANNEL EDIT :

This function allows you to sort the TV programs according to your preferences, as following:

This option has four functions:

1、Press Green button to set the current channel to your favorite channel. If the current channel already be one of your favorite channel, press Green button again will set it to a normal channel.
2、Press blue button to set the current channel to lock. If the current channel already lock, press blue button again will unlock.
3、Press yellow button to skip the current channel.
4、Press ◀ / ▶ button to select the channel in the list .Press ENTER button to display as follows:

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the location you would like to place the channel.

Input channel name"____", Press ◀/▶ button to select OK save and return back to the previous menu.

Press ENTER button to perform your selection.

DTV MENU

Press MENU button to display the main menu.

1. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select PICTURE in the main menu, press ▶ button to enter the submenu.
2. Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the option that you want to adjust in the DTV menu.
3. Press ◀ / ▶ button to adjust。
4. When you are satisfied with your adjustment, press the MENU button to return to the previous menu.

CH.MANAGE : Press ▼ / ▲ to select the CH.MANAGE and press ENTER to enter in.

CH.ORGN : Press ▼ / ▲ button to select CH.ORGN and press OK button to come to the Channel Organizer Menu.

1、Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the option that you want to adjust.
2、Press RED button to label it as you favorite channel;
3、Press GREEN button to delete the chosen channel;
4、Press YELLOW button to move it to the number you want to sign it and then press ▼ / ▲ button to select other channel, and press OK button to confirm it;
5、Press BLUE button to LOCK the chosen channel (You need to press password to watch the channel if you lock the channel)
6、Press ◀ / ▶ button to set the channel name.

Press RED button to set the input out of number or Capital letters

Press GREEN button to set the input out of Lowercase letters or Capital letters

Press YELLOW button to the next position for your position.

Press BLUE button to delete the input if you want to delete it.

7、Press EXIT or MENU button to out of the current page and back to the upper page.

CH.SORT:

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select CH.SORT and press OK button to come to the Channel Sorting menu.

1、Press ◀ / ▶ button to select the language of your First Option;
2、Press ▼ / ▲ button to select All/Free or Scramble as your Second Option;
3、Press ▼ / ▲ button to select All/A to Z or Z to A.
4、Press OK button to Confirm it.
5、Press RED button to the above page or GREEN button to the bottom page. The bottom page is the list of the channels you have set on the above page.
6、Press EXIT to come back to the previous menu.

CH.GROUP:

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select CH.GROUP and press OK button to come to The Channel Grouping Menu.

1. Press to select the channel which you want to edit and then select between 1 and 8 to assign the selected program to a group. You can see the specific group on the right side of the menu.
2. After successfully assigning the channel press ENTER / OK on your remote control to save your changes.
3. Press the MENU button to get back to the previous menu or EXIT to exit the menu.

DEL TV CH

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select DEL TV CH and press OK button to come to the a Dialog box to decide whether to delete or not. Press "NO" back to the previous page.

DEL RADIO CH

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select DEL RADIO CH and press OK button to come to a Dialog box to decide whether to delete or not. Press "NO" back to the previous page.

AREA: Press ◀ / ▶ button to select the suitable area.

AUTO TUNING: Press ENTER, then start channel search.

MANUAL TUNING: Press ENTER to set the Manual Tuning, use ◀ / ▶ button to select the channel to start the manual search.

ADVANCED SETTING:

Press ENTER or ▶ button to enter the menu.

AUDIO: Press ◀ / ▶ button to select the audio language

SUBTITLE: Press ◀ / ▶ button to select the language of the subtitle

RATING: Press enter password"0000", you will see the System setup menu.

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the Parental Rating.

TIMER

GMT Offset: Press ▶ button to come to right page, then press ▼ / ▲ button to select the time that you want to use .and press OK button to confirm it.

Summer Time : Press ◀ / ▶ buttonsettle the Summer Time on or off.

Press OK button to confirm it.

NOTE: You can't select the Summer Time ON or OFF if you choose the GMT Offset "Auto".

PC

PC MENU

Press MENU button to display the main menu.

H Position

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the H Position, you can adjust the horizon position of the picture by Pressing ◀ / ▶ button.

V Position

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the V Position, you can adjust the vertical position of the picture by Pressing ◀ / ▶ button.

PHASE

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the PHASE, Press ◀ / ▶ button to adjust the picture apply to the LCD(The picture will shake if the PHASE sets unsuitable)

CLOCK

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the CLOCK, Press ◀ / ▶ button to adjust the signal's transfer speed to make the picture looks well.

AUTO SYNC

Press ▼ / ▲ button to select the AUTO SYNC, Press ENTER button to adjust. This option can set the above setting well automatically.

HDMI/YPBPR:

SETUP menu of HDMI input (for setting the HDMI picture position):

PICTURE MENU, SOUND MENU and FUNCTION MENU are the same as those of TV mode.

SCART :

PICTURE MENU, SOUND MENU and FUNCTION MENU are the same as those of TV mode.

MEDIA

Press SOURCE button and ▼ / ▲ button to select the MEDIA in the Source menu, press enter to enter in.

Movie

Press ◀ / ▶ button to select Video and press OK button to enter in. Select the option you want to play .

Press Exit to back to the previous page.

Music

Press ◀ / ▶ button to select Music and press OK button to enter in. Select the option you want to play.

Photo

Press Exit to back to the previous page

Press ◀ / ▶ button to select Photo and press OK button to enter in. Select the option you want to play.

Press Exit to back to the previous page.

Subtitle

Press SUBTITLE button on your remote control to enter the Subtitle Menu. If this channel has no subtitle, you'll see the picture of subtitle.

Press ◀ / ▶ button to choose Off, subtitle.

Press ▼ / ▲ button to choose type of subtitle.

Press OK button to confirm it.

EPG

Press EPG button on your remote control to enter the Daily Mode.

Press Red button to enter the Daily Mode.

Press Green button to enter the Weekly Mode.

Press the blue button in the channel list to activate a reminder. The TV should not be switched off while a reminder is active and should be in DTV mode(source) until the reminder got activated.

Note: A reminder is only available in DTV mode and the TV should be switched on for the reminder to be able to start. Only a previously non-activated reminder can be active.

Favourite LIST

Press FAV button on your remote control to enter the Favourite List.

Press button to choose the channel.▼ / ▲

Press OK button to play what you choose.

Multi audio

Press AUDIO button on your remote control to enter the Multi audio.

Press ◀ / ▶ button to choose Left, Right, Stereo.

Press ▼ / ▲ button to adjust.

Press OK button to confirm it.

If you're having problems

If you are having problems with your TV, carry out the following checks first. If you are still having problems, unplug your TV and contact the service cent

Problems and how to fix them

There is no sound and no picture coming from my TV.

-Check that you have connected the TV power cord properly and switched the wall socket on.

-Check that the power switch at the rear of the TV is set to "ON".

-Check that you have turned on the POWER button on your TV.

-Check the picture contrast and brightness setting.

There is a normal picture but no sound coming from my TV.

-Check that your TV is not muted or has the volume down.

-Switch the channel, the problem may be with the channel you're on, not the TV.

-Check that your audio cable input has been plugged in properly. If you are using an external amplifier.

The remote control does not work.

-Check to see if there is any object between your TV (such as a piece of furniture) that could block the remote control from connecting with the sensor on your TV.

-Have you put the batteries into the remote control the right way? ( So + to + and - to - )

-Correct remote operating mode was set (such as TV or VCR).

-The TV is not positioned in bright sunlight.

-Try fitting new batteries if none of the above work.

The TV has turned off suddenly.

-Check that you have not set the sleep timer.

-Check that you have not set the timer to control the socket which has your TV power cord on.

-Check that you have not set auto standby with the broadcast signal source which is connected to your TV.

The picture on my TV appears slowly after I have switched it on.

This is normal. The image takes a few seconds to appear after you have switched the TV on. Please contact your service centre if picture has not appeared after five minutes.

There is no or poor quality colour or a poor picture on my TV.

-Change the colour setting on the PICTURE MENU.

-Keep a distance between your TV and any VCR you may be using

-Try watching another channel. The problem may be with the channel you're watching.

-Are the video cables installed properly?

-Change the setting of picture brightness on PICTURE MENU.

There are horizontal and vertical bars on the screen, the picture is shaking.

-Check if any signal interference activities is going on nearby, such as an electrical appliance or power tool is in operation.

The reception is poor on some channels.

-The TV channel you're watching may be having problems. Change to another channel and see if the same is happening.

-TV broadcasting signal is weak or has been interrupted.

-Check whether signal sources have any possible interference.

There are lines or streaks on the pictures.

-Check if there is any damage to the aerial on the roof, try to change the direction of the aerial to receive a better signal.

One of the TV's speakers does not work.

-Check the sound balance setting on SOUND MENU.

If you're having problems

Note: This page only refer to Video Graphics adaptor (VGA) problems.

Problems and how to fix them

The signal is out of range.

-Change the resolution, horizontal or vertical frequency of your source (PC etc.).
-Check whether the signal cable is connected from the PC to your TV properly.
-Check the signal input source is connected properly.

There is a vertical bar or stripe on my TV screen.

-Turn on the auto configure or change the horizontal or vertical frequency position.

Screen colours aren't appearing as they should be or single colour.

-Check if the video signal cable is connected properly.
-Reinstall your PC video card if the signal source is from your computer.

Maintaining your TV

If you clean your TV carefully and regularly, it helps your TV to last longer. Make sure you turn the power off and unplug the power cord on your TV before you begin to clean it.

Cleaning the screen

1. Here's a great way to keep the dust off your screen. Wet a soft cloth in a mixture of lukewarm water and a small amount of fabric softener or washing-up liquid. Wring the cloth until it's almost dry and then use it to wipe the screen.
2. Make sure there is no excess water on your TV when you have finished cleaning it.

Cleaning the plastic parts of your TV

Wipe the plastic parts of your TV with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use a wet cloth.

If you are going to be away for a while

If you are not going to use your TV for a while (such as when you go on holiday), you should unplug the power cord from the socket and disconnect your aerial to protect your TV against possible damage from lightning or power surges.

Mounting Specification

Mounting Specification : 100mm x 100mm using screw size M4 (not supplied). Length of screw should not exceed 8mm.

Please Note : The 8mm length of screw refers to how deep the screw can go inside the mounting holes. When you're buying screws, you should add the original 8mm to the thickness of your mounting plate in order to get the total screw length.

The screws in the package are for securing the TV stand only. If you are mounting the TV please consult a qualified installer for further instructions on bracket support and wall support.
