How do I set the time and date on my TW130 Grandeur Tech?
To set the time, pull the crown out to position 2 (second click). Turn the crown clockwise to adjust the time. For the date, pull the crown to position 1 (first click) and turn clockwise until the correct date appears. Push the crown back fully when done. Avoid changing the date between 9 PM and 3 AM to prevent damage to the movement.
Is the TW130 Grandeur Tech water-resistant? Can I swim with it?
Yes, it is water-resistant up to 100 meters (10 ATM). It is suitable for swimming and snorkeling but not for scuba diving. Ensure the crown is fully pressed in before exposure to water.
What type of battery does the watch use and how do I replace it?
The watch uses a SR626SW or equivalent battery. We recommend having the battery replaced by a professional watch technician to maintain water resistance. Battery life is approximately 2 years.
How do I use the chronograph function?
Press the top pusher (start/stop) to start and stop the chronograph. Press the bottom pusher (reset) to reset the chronograph hand to zero. Do not press the reset while the chronograph is running.
The watch is not running; what should I do?
First, check if the crown is fully pushed in. If not, push it in. If the watch still doesn't run, the battery may be dead. Replace the battery at an authorized service center. If issues persist, contact TW Steel customer service.
How do I clean and maintain my TW Steel watch?
Wipe the watch with a soft, lint-free cloth. For metal bands, use a mild soap solution and a soft brush, then dry thoroughly. Avoid using chemicals or abrasives. For leather bands, avoid water and condition with leather care products.
Can I adjust the bracelet length?
Yes, if your watch has a metal bracelet, links can be removed by a jeweler or using the supplied pin removal tool. Leather bands have holes for adjustment. Refer to the manual or a professional for assistance.
Is the watch suitable for left-handed wear?
The crown is on the right side, typical for right-handed wear. However, the watch can be worn on the right wrist if desired. There is no left-handed version available.
What is the warranty period and what does it cover?
The TW130 Grandeur Tech comes with a 2-year international warranty against manufacturing defects. It covers movement, hands, and dial for normal use. It does not cover battery, glass, strap, or damage from misuse or accidents.
Where can I find spare parts or get the watch repaired?
