USER MANUAL
Thank you for purchasing an hand blender "INN-880" a very useful tool for the preparation of your food. Before use, read all the instructions and warnings carefully and keep this user manual safe for future use.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS
Please read the instructions of use and safety norms before using the appliance and follow these at all times. Keep this manual with the appliance for future consultation for all the product life. Failure to comply with the use and maintenance instructions provided in this user manual could lead to an accident and will invalidate all and any rights to the manufacturer's warranty.
- This appliance must be used only for the purpose for which it was designed that is as a HAND BLENDER for home use. Any other use is improper and potentially dangerous.
- Keep all packing material (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc...) out of reach of the children, since they are potential sources of danger and must be disposed of as provided by law.
- After having removed the appliance from its packaging, verify its integrity based on the drawing and any presence of damage caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact an authorised service centre.
- Before use, wash carefully all parts that come into contact with food, see paragraph "Cleaning and Care".
- Be careful when you hold blades as they are very sharp. Handle blades carefully when you extract them from the cup, when the cup is emptied and during cleaning.
- Do not use the appliance if the cable or plug is damaged.
- Ensure that the voltage indicated on the rating label matches the mains voltage before plugging in the appliance. The rating label is on the product.
- The appliance's plug must fit into the mains socket properly. Do not alter the
plug. Do not use plug adaptors.
- Do not use or store the appliance outdoors.
- Do not use the appliance if it has fallen on the floor, if there are visible signs of damage or if it has a leak.
- Do not force the electrical connection wire. Never use the electric wire to lift up, carry or unplug the appliance
- Ensure that the electric cable does not get trapped or tangled.
- Check the state of the electric cord. Damaged or knotted cord increase the risk of electric shock.
• DO NOT use the appliance with damp or wet hands or feet. - If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by manufacturer or an authorized technical service centre, so as to prevent all risks.
- In case of fault or malfunctioning of the appliance, switch it off and do not tamper with it. If the device needs to be repaired, contact an authorized technical assistance centre.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision
or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety and understand the hazards involved. - This product is not a TOY. Keep the product and its cable out of reach of children. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Keep this product out of reach of children.
- Children must not use this product
- Do not turn the appliance over while it is in use or connected to the mains.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains when not in use and before undertaking any cleaning task.
• Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before removing the
shaft.
• This appliance is for household use only, not professional or industrial use.
- Never leave the product unattended when in use.
- Store the appliance in a dry place, free from dust and out of direct sunlight, far from heating.
- Never immerse the appliance into water or other liquid and not place it under tap water.
- When in use, place the product on a flat and stable surface, ensure it cannot fall on the floor, in a sink or a container full of water.
• DO NOT use near the kitchen hob and or other sources of heat.
- Be careful that the cord does not touch hot, incandescent surfaces, open flames, pans or other utensils.
- Do not let the cord hang over edge of table or another working plane.
- Do not touch the moving parts. CAUTION: Do not touch and/or remove the shaft while the unit is in operation.
- Turn off and unplug the unit from the mains before installing/removing the shaft and after use.
- Do not let the hair, scarves, necklaces or other items can twist the blades, the unit is in operation.
- Do not use the appliance with wide and long-sleeved clothing, which during processing could become wrapped around the unit during processing.
- All parts that come into contact with food during the use of the device must be well washed before use.
- The product must be disconnected by the main power, if unattended or before approaching the moving parts.

OPERATION
- Connect the mixer to the handle, turn and fix.
- Connect the power cord to the power outlet.
- To avoid splashes, it is recommended to place the device and the blades inside the container where you intend to blend before turning on the unit.
- Hold the container firmly and place it on a flat, stable surface.
- Start blending by holding down one of the two keys It is recommended to start with the lowest speed (first button on the top).
- Do not allow any liquid to reach the junction between stem and handle.
- Move the mixer in a circular direction inside the container to make the mixing process homogeneous.
WARNINGS: the unit must never be in operation for more than 30 consecutive seconds. After each operating cycle, allow the appliance to rest for at least one minute.
WARNINGS: If the blender gets stuck, unplug from the power outlet before starting the cleaning process.
WARNINGS: Do not use with foods whose temperature is greater than 40 °C.
Be careful! The blade of the blander attachment is very sharp.
In case of purees, mayonnaise etc., it is necessary to add liquid substances (milk, water or another depending on the type of recipe) to prevent the mixture become too dense.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Disconnect from the power outlet before embarking on a new cleaning cycle.
- Do not touch the blades with your fingers, they are sharp.
- Some foods, during use, can release color on the body of the unit. Use a soft cloth with vegetable oil to remove stains.
- Do not use abrasives or chemical agents.
- Wash the mixer in hot water; Allow to dry or dry with a dry cloth.
