IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTION

When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed, which include the followings:

  1. Please read this instruction manual carefully. Use the product only for the intended purpose, as described in this user manual. Make sure that the appliance is connected to a power outlet with an adequate power. Do not use the appliance by connecting it to a multiple socket outlet. This can cause a short circuit.

  2. Do not touch the hot surfaces of the appliance. Do not move the oven when in use.

  3. Careful supervision is necessary if the appliance is used near children. Keep the product and its power cord out of the reach of children under 8 years old. Keep the product out of reach of animals during use. This product can be used by children older than 8 and persons with reduced physical, mental or sensory capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge if under supervision or if they received instructions for safe use of the appliance and they understood the related dangers.

Make sure children do not play with the appliance.

Cleaning and maintenance operations should not be

carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years old and under supervision.

  1. To protect yourself from the risk of electric shock, avoid contact with water or other liquids. Do not place the product where it may fall in water or other liquid. Never immerse the wire, plug, or lid with panel controls in water or other liquid.
  2. Avoid the cable hanging from the table or the worktop, or come into contact with hot surfaces. If it happens, disconnect the plug and verify the integrity of the cable. Use it on a safe and stable work surface, and do not place it near the edge of the worktop. Always make sure that both the oven and loose cables are out of the reach of children.

  4. Extreme caution should be exercised when using containers whose composition is different from metal or glass.

  5. Do not place any of the following materials in the oven: cardboard, plastic, paper.

  6. When the product is not in use, do not store anything other than the accessories recommended by the

manufacturer in the oven.

  1. Always wear protective and insulating gloves when inserting or removing objects from the hot oven.
  2. Do not use the appliance for purposes other than those that were intended in this instruction manual. Any other use is to be considered improper and dangerous.
  3. This appliance has been conceived for household use only, but it can be used in cookery areas reserved for staff, shops, offices and other places of work, farms, hotels, motels, bed and breakfast and other professional premises and similar places.
  4. Do not dismantle the product, try to repair or change the power plug in any way. Address to a customer assistance centre in order to receive technical assistance.
  5. This appliance must not be used with an external timer or separate remote control.
  6. The temperature of accessible surfaces can be high during use.
  7. Do not place appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven or in a microwave oven.

BEFORE USING

  • Make sure there is sufficient ventilation around the oven.
  • Make sure that the oven is completely dry before use.
  • The oven must not be placed on untreated wood surfaces. Place the oven on a heat resistant surface.
  • The oven feet may leave small marks on the support surface: the marks can be removed using a soft cloth.

TIMER

With this knob you can turn on the oven and adjust the cooking time. Turn the knob clockwise to set the desired cooking time (maximum 90 minutes). When the set time ends, an acoustic signal will sound and the oven will automatically switch off. If the cooking time is longer than 90 minutes or if you need to set the time manually, turn the knob towards the symbol 🖱️. To switch off the oven, reset the timer or set the function knob to the symbol ●.

THERMOSTAT

This knob allows you to select the desired temperature.

COOKING MODE SETTING

This knob allows you to select the type of cooking.

Cooking – Upper and Lower level ☐ To turn the oven off, set the knob on the symbol ●.

NOTE: the oven does not activate if both knobs are not set (timer + functions)

TURBO VENTILATION

Setting the function knob to ☑ the "turbo ventilation" function will be turned on.

", And both the upper and lower floors will be activated.

The advantages of cooking with this type of ventilation are:

  1. Pastry products such as cakes and focaccia are cooked in a tasty and uniform way.

  2. You can defrost food using this function (together with the timer).

When the lamp is on, it indicates that the oven is in operation (the timer, the thermostat and the function settings are active). When a temperature is set, the lamp stays on until the temperature is reached; at this point the lamp turns off automatically.

AFTER USE

- Set the Timer knob on ●.

- Set the thermostat knob on 0.

- Unplug from electric power.

- Let the oven have completely cooled down before proceeding with any cleaning and maintenance operations.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

- Disconnect the plug from the mains and let the oven cool down completely.

- Do not immerse the product in water or other liquids. Surfaces can be cleaned using a soft, dry cloth.

- Do not use abrasive sponges or sharp tools to clean the appliance.

- Clean the inside of the oven with a damp cloth.

REPLACE THE LAMP

If the lamps stop working properly, replace them as follows:

  1. Disconnect the plug from the mains.

  2. Remove the protective glass by turning it anticlockwise;

  3. Remove the blown bulb by turning it counterclockwise;

  4. Insert the new bulb by turning it clockwise;

  5. Insert the protective glass by turning clockwise;

NOTE: The bulb to be replaced must be max 15 W, 220-240 V, 300°C.
