SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

SETTING UP

1.The freezer should be placed on a flat and firm floor .If it is neccessory to put something under the freezer to raise it .choose flat and firm pad.Don't use the foam packing under the freezer to raise it.If it is not stable or flat . use a special wrench (or 22mm wrench) to adjust the foot of freezer to make it at horizontal level.

1. Set standstill

Adjust the freezer to a horizontal level and clean it. Don't connet to the mains immediately. but set it stand still for at least 30 minutes and connect to the mains afterward. so as to assure that the freezer can run without faults.

OPERATION

1. Switch-in the freezer

* Before the freezer is used for the first time, it is advisable clean the interior (for details, see "clean").

Put the mains plug into the socket, then you can use the freezer.

2.Temperature adjustment

The temperature inside the freezer can be adjusted with the thermostat knob. When adjusting, turn the knob

Position "1" = minimum cooling

Position "7" = maximum cooling

For general use. turn it to positions 2-3.

INSTRUCTION FOR FREEZING

To keep food for a long period, the freezer is recommended.

The freezer with a temperature of -18^ or colder can be prevent bacteria from reproducing completely, Hence the food you want to store for a long time should be placed in it. However, the storage period marked on the package of food should be observed.

Notes of freezing

- You are advised not to place quantity of fresh food in the freezer than the freezing capacity (see Technical Data at back cover)

- Flot food must be cooled to room temperature before placing them into the freezer.

- Pack food in quantities practical for household use, Freezing will take place more quickly will be ensured after thawing and preparation, if the quantities of fruit do not exceed 1 kg and quantities of meal do not exceed 2.5 kg.

INSTRUCTION FOR FREEZING

Pack food before freezing, Keep the packages of food dry to prevent them from freezing together. To prevent other food from picking up different colors and maintain quality, the packing material must be strong, neutral in taste and imprevious to air and liquid. Always note contents and do not exceed the recommended storage periods,

- In principle, only remove as much food from the freezer as is immediately required. Food that has thawed out must not be re-frozen again unless it has been used in the preparation of a pre-cooked meal.

- Never place bottled beer or drinks in the freezer.

DEFROSTING, CLEANING, STOPING

After a period of operational layer of frost ice build up on the chilling plates: Il allowed to become too thick this layer will lead to an increase in energy consumption. Therefore it should be removed with a plastic scraper when the layer become 4-13 mm thick.

Warring: To avoid damage to the freezer, do not use any metal tools to defrost.

When defrosiing, pull the mains plug out, wrap the frozen food with blanks and store it in a cool place. Remove the drawers. Replace them alter delrosting. To accelerate the defrosting process, put a pot with hot water onto a thing plate.

Warring: For defrosting, do not use electrical heating appliance.

In cast of power failure:The food in freezer can still be kept for several hours without problem even in summer. If you may know that a power failure will occur.then:

• Once a power failure occur, don not open the door.
  -Don't put fresh food any more. Keep the door closed as long as possible.
• Please note that any increase in the interior temperature of the freezer. Caused by power failure or other faults will reduce the sale storage period and Quality of the stored food.

DEFROSTING, CLEANING, STOPING

Cleaning

The residual of food may give awful odors.so the freezer should be cleaned regularly.

For the sake of safety.clean the freezer after the mains plug is pulled out.

Use a soft towel or a sponge with warm water which contains neutral detergent to clean the freezer. Don't use any stiff brush or metal wired brush, don't use any scouring reagent, paint, thinner, benzene, acid or water either.

Wipe away the water drops on the freezer with soft cloth to avoid rust.

(1) Don't spray on the machine to have a good insulation property of appliance.

(2)Clean the electric parts, such as thennostatswitch,lamp with dry cloth.

Door gasket gets dirty very easily, so pay attention to keeping them clean.

Remove the dust on the back of the freezer to have a better heat dissipation.

Shutting-down

If the freezer is to remain out of use, pull out of mains plug to disconnect it from the power supply. Clean the as described above in case out of use for a long time.

The appliance door should be open while no use, to prevent odours from forming inside.

Notice: In general, do not stop using it, otherwise it will affects its service life.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

If the freezer does not be operated properly, please check the below information.

Excessive noise	-The floor is not flat or level, the freezer stands not stably.-Parts of the freezer contacts the wall or other objects.
The interior temperature is not low enough	~The thermostat is at wrong setting, set to higher position when needed.-The door has not been closed tightly or door has been opened too often or for too long time.-The freezer is placed in direct sunlight or too close to heat source.-Too many foods have been packed in freezer.-Bad ventilation,the vent grille is covered over or the condenser is too dirty.
Abnormal	-The foods with strong odour are not packed,or there are deteriorated foods.-The interior of freezer needs to be cleaned.

Reversing the Door

This product has the door hinges on the right. If you wish to change the opening direction, follow the instructions below:

1. Remove the upper hinge cover (6) first.
2. Remove the two screws (1) that hold the upper hinge (5) (right side) to the frame. Remove the upper hinge (5).
3. Lift the door and place it on a padded surface to prevent scratching.
4. Remove the two screws (8) that hold the lower hinge (2). Remove the lower hinge (2).
5. Remove the left front leg (4) and transfer it to the right side.
6. Remove the hole cover plate (7) to the right side.
7. Install the lower hinge (2) onto the left side of the lower frame with the two screws through the opposite two holes (8).
8. Set the door in its place making sure it sits on the door seat at the lower hinge (2).
9. While holding the door in a closed position, secure the upper hinge (5) on the top left side with the two screws (1) through the opposite two holes. Do not tighten the two screw (1) until the top of the door is leveled with the countertop.

10. Install the upper hinge cover (6) on the upper hinge.
