Place the document face down on the scanner glass. Press COPY and select the number of copies using the keypad. Press START to begin.
How do I scan to my computer?
Install the Multi-Function Station software. Place the document on the scanner glass. On the printer, press SCAN and select your computer from the list. The scanned image will be saved to your PC.
What does the Power Save mode do?
Power Save mode reduces energy consumption when the printer is idle. To enable, press MENU, then #104 (for KX-MB263) or via the control panel for other models. The printer will wake automatically when a job is received.
How do I clean the scanner glass?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water. Gently wipe the glass surface. Do not use alcohol or abrasive cleaners. Ensure the glass is dry before closing the lid.
