Connection via USB Type-C

The CORSAIR HX1200i connects to your computer via the included USB Type-C cable. Simply connect this cable from the USB-C port located on the front of the power supply to a free USB port on your computer.

iCUE Software Configuration

Download and install the CORSAIR iCUE application from the official CORSAIR website
Launch the application - the HX1200i should be detected automatically
Check that you have the latest firmware version of the power supply (accessible in the iCUE settings)

Troubleshooting

If the connection is not established:

Ensure that the USB Type-C cable is properly inserted on both ends
Try a different USB port on your computer
Make sure iCUE is up to date (uninstall and reinstall if necessary)
Restart your computer and the power supply

Note: The HX1200i manual does not specify the availability of a built-in iCUE LINK hub - control is done only via the iCUE software and the USB Type-C cable described above.
