Wie installiere ich die Dometic Pump SW12 Vakuumpumpe?

Die Pumpe kann horizontal (mit der Oberseite nach oben oder unten) oder vertikal mit dem Einlass unten installiert werden. Der Abstand zum Vakuumtank sollte zwischen 2 und 15 Fuß (0,6-4,6 m) betragen. Die Pumpe muss auf gleicher Höhe oder tiefer als der Vakuumtank-Auslass installiert werden. Maximale Förderhöhe am Auslass: 6 Fuß (1,8 m). Verwenden Sie vier #14 Holzschrauben in 3/16"-Bohrlöchern.

Welche elektrischen Anschlüsse sind erforderlich?

Die Pumpe benötigt 12 V DC. Der durchschnittliche Strom beträgt 6 A. Verwenden Sie einen 10-A-Sicherungs- oder Leistungsschalter und einen Kabelquerschnitt von 12-14 AWG (mehrdrähtiges Kupferkabel). Nein, das Modell Pump SW12 ist für 12 V DC ausgelegt. Es gibt ein Schwestermodell SW24 für 24 V DC. Überprüfen Sie die Typenbezeichnung vor dem Anschluss.

Was ist die maximale Entfernung zwischen Pumpe und Vakuumtank?

Die maximale Entfernung beträgt 15 Fuß (4,6 m). Die Pumpe sollte auf gleicher Höhe oder tiefer als der Vakuumtank-Auslass installiert werden.

Welche Wartung ist erforderlich?

Regelmäßige Überprüfung der Dichtungen, Klappenventile (Entenschnabelventile) und des Balgs. Ersatzteile wie O-Ring-Kit (P/N 385310151) und Balg-Baugruppe (P/N 385230980) sind erhältlich. Beachten Sie die Anzugsdrehmomente: Schrauben mit 20 ± 2 lbs anziehen, um Gewinde zu schonen.

Was tun, wenn die Pumpe nicht läuft?

Überprüfen Sie zuerst die Sicherung/den Leistungsschalter. Kontrollieren Sie die Verkabelung auf festen Sitz. Messen Sie die Spannung an der Pumpe (12 V DC). Prüfen Sie, ob der optionale Nachtschalter eingeschaltet ist. Falls alles in Ordnung ist, könnte der Motor defekt sein – Ersatz-Motor-Kit (P/N 385311065) erhältlich.

Kann ich die Pumpe in einer Toilette mit zwei Toiletten verwenden?

Ja, aber für jede Toilette wird eine separate Vakuumpumpe und ein separater Vakuumtank benötigt. Dies bietet Redundanz im Falle eines Ausfalls und vereinfacht die Verrohrung.

Gibt es eine Garantie?

Ja, für den privaten Gebrauch gilt eine Garantie von 1 Jahr ab Kaufdatum. Bei gewerblicher Nutzung beträgt die Garantie 90 Tage. Die Garantie umfasst Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler, nicht jedoch Folgeschäden oder unsachgemäße Installation.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

VacuFlush® sanitation systems must be installed according to

Dometic's recommended procedures. Do not attempt installation without first contacting a SeaLand Product certified dealer or Dometic Corporation.

Before installing the pump, remember the following:

1. Vacuum pump can be installed horizontally (either right-side up A or upside down B), or vertically with inlet at bottom C.
2. The pump can be mounted from 2 to 15 feet from the vacuum tank. The maximum distance is 15 feet.
3. Install vacuum pump at same level or lower than vacuum tank outlet. Do not install pump higher than the vacuum tank outlet.
4. The maximum head pressure on the discharge of the pump must not exceed 6 feet.

Note: Two-toilet systems require a vacuum pump and vacuum tank for each toilet. It provides the benefit of a totally redundant operating toilet in case of failure in one toilet. Two pumps greatly reduce hose runs and system complexity.

Installing the pump:

1. Make sure the vacuum pump is properly located before proceeding. Place the vacuum pump on the surface to be mounted. Position as needed. Using a center punch, mark the four slotted holes in the pump feet. Remove pump.
2. Using a 3/16-inch drill bit, drill the four mounting holes. Use a #14 wood screw to secure pump.
3. The flow direction is indicated on the pump body.
   Stainless steel wall mounting bracket is available as optional accessory – P/N 341505.

Wiring the pump:

Wire the S-series pump as shown in the wiring diagram. Use multistranded copper wire. Proper fuse or circuit breaker size is extremely important for pump and wire protection (see chart above). Overfusing this pump will result in warranty invalidation.

Dometic warrants, to the original purchaser only, that this vacuum pump, if used for personal, family or household-like purposes, is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

If this Dometic product is placed in commercial or business use, it will be warranted, to the original purchaser only, to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase.

Dometic reserves the right to replace or repair any part of this product that proves, upon inspection by Dometic, to be defective in material or workmanship. All labor and transportation costs or charges incidental to warranty service are to be borne by the purchaser-user.
