Quel est le poids maximal par bras ?

Chaque bras peut supporter jusqu'à 8 kg. Ne pas dépasser cette limite pour éviter tout risque de chute.

Comment régler la tension du bras pour qu'il reste en position horizontale ?

Utilisez la clé Allen fournie pour ajuster la vis de tension. Si le bras descend, tournez la vis dans le sens antihoraire ; s'il monte, tournez-la dans le sens horaire. Maintenez toujours le bras horizontalement lors du réglage.

Le bras peut-il pivoter ?

Oui, le bras peut effectuer une rotation de 180° après avoir desserré la vis de limitation (ne pas trop serrer).

Quels outils sont fournis avec le support ?

Le kit comprend des clés Allen de 3 mm, 5 mm et 6 mm, ainsi que les vis, chevilles et plaques nécessaires à l'installation.

Comment installer le support sur un mur en placoplâtre ?

Utilisez les chevilles W-C (Ø10x45) fournies pour les murs creux. Percez des trous de Ø10 mm à 60 mm de profondeur et insérez les chevilles avant de visser.

Puis-je utiliser des vis plus longues que celles fournies ?

Non, utilisez uniquement les vis fournies ou de longueur équivalente. Des vis trop longues pourraient endommager l'écran ou le mur.

Que faire si le bras ne reste pas en position après réglage ?

To properly balance the arm with monitors mounted, adjust the spring tension using the supplied Allen Key as follows:
First, position and firmly hold the arm horizontally as shown. Ask for assistance should you require it.

CAUTION: To avoid damage to monitors or mount, always keep the arm in a horizontal position while making adjustments. Again, ask for assistance if required.

If the arm drops, turn the adjustment screw counter-clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.

If the arm rises, turn the adjustment screw clockwise until it stays in a horizontal position.

CAUTION: DO NOT over tighten the screws.
