Comment changer les matrices sur le BlackFin CT-2920/CCP ?

Pour changer les matrices, éteignez l'outil, retirez la batterie, puis tournez le verrouillage (CLICK) et insérez les nouvelles matrices compatibles (CD-920, CD-930, etc.). Assurez-vous qu'elles sont bien enclenchées avant utilisation.

Quelle batterie utiliser avec cet outil ?

Utilisez une batterie Li-ion 18 V compatible Makita® (modèle BL1830 ou équivalent). Ne pas utiliser d'autres types de batteries.

Que faire en cas de code d'erreur sur l'outil ?

Les codes d'erreur sont indiqués par des clignotements LED. Consultez la notice pour le diagnostic. Par exemple, un clignotement après cycle peut indiquer une pression insuffisante. Si le problème persiste, contactez un centre de service agréé.

Comment nettoyer l'outil de sertissage ?

Nettoyez l'outil avec un chiffon sec après chaque utilisation. Évitez les solvants. Stockez-le dans un endroit sec, à l'abri de la poussière.

Quelle est la force de sertissage maximale ?

La force maximale est de 108 kN (12,1 tonnes). Elle est automatiquement régulée par le système électronique.

Peut-on sertir des câbles en aluminium avec cet outil ?

Oui, l'outil peut sertir des câbles en cuivre et en aluminium, jusqu'à un diamètre de 40 mm avec les matrices appropriées (UC40 par exemple).

Comment démarrer un cycle de sertissage ?

Après avoir inséré la batterie et placé les matrices, appuyez sur le bouton PRESS. Le cycle se déroule automatiquement. Relâchez dès que la pression est atteinte.

Que signifie le voyant MRS+ ?

Le voyant MRS+ (Memory Reset) indique que la mémoire de l'outil est active. Il clignote pour signaler un cycle terminé ou une erreur. Consultez la notice pour les codes.

Où faire réparer l'outil BlackFin CT-2920/CCP ?
