Quels aliments puis-je cuire sur la plancha ?

La plancha est idéale pour les viandes, poissons, légumes, fruits de mer et même les œufs. Elle permet une cuisson saine avec peu de matière grasse.

Quel est le temps de préchauffage recommandé ?

Comptez environ 5 à 10 minutes pour que la plancha atteigne la température de cuisson optimale.

Puis-je utiliser de l'huile sur la surface de cuisson ?

Oui, vous pouvez ajouter un peu d'huile ou de beurre pour éviter que les aliments n'adhèrent, mais le revêtement antiadhésif limite le besoin.
