Comment nettoyer la tête d'impression thermique ?

Utilisez une carte de nettoyage (réf. 1-110501-00) après chaque changement de ruban ou en cas de baisse de qualité d'impression. Coupez l'imprimante et ouvrez le capot, nettoyez délicatement la tête avec le côté non abrasif de la carte.

Quelle est la résolution d'impression disponible ?

Deux têtes d'impression sont disponibles : 203 dpi (8 dots/mm) et 300 dpi (11,81 dots/mm). Vérifiez la référence de votre tête pour connaître la résolution.

Comment remplacer le ruban transfert thermique ?

Ouvrez le capot, retirez le ruban usagé (bobine vide) et installez un nouveau ruban en suivant les guides des unités de déroulement et de rembobinage (pages 11-13 de la notice). Assurez-vous que le capteur de fin de ruban est correctement positionné.

Que faire si l'imprimante n'imprime pas ?

Vérifiez d'abord que l'alimentation est branchée et que l'interrupteur est allumé. Inspectez le câble d'interface (RS-232 ou parallèle) et les connections. Assurez-vous que le support et le ruban sont correctement chargés. Si le voyant d'erreur clignote, consultez le code erreur dans la notice.

Quels types d'étiquettes puis-je utiliser ?

L'imprimante accepte des étiquettes en rouleau (maximum 120 mm de large), des étiquettes sans liner (modèle LL), du fanfold, et du support continu. Les rouleaux peuvent être montés sur le mandrin avec adaptateur 3 pouces (option).

Comment ajouter une interface série RS-422/485 ?

Le kit d'interface RS-422/485 (réf. 1-040557-00) s'installe sur la carte CPU. Suivez les instructions fournies dans le kit, incluant câble, plaque de recouvrement et vis. L'imprimante doit être hors tension lors de l'installation.

Où se trouve le fusible de l'imprimante ?

Le fusible (6,3 A, 5x20 mm, norme IEC) est situé sur la carte CPU (repère FY-300). Pour le remplacer, débranchez l'imprimante et ouvrez le capot. Utilisez un fusible identique.

Comment calibrer le capteur d'étiquette ?

Le capteur d'arrêt d'étiquette (label stop sensor) se trouve près du mécanisme d'impression. Pour le calibrer, chargez un rouleau d'étiquettes et lancez une procédure d'auto-calibrage via le logiciel ou le panneau de commande. Ajustez si nécessaire la position du capteur.

Puis-je utiliser l'imprimante sans ruban (thermique direct) ?

Oui, si vous utilisez du papier thermique direct. Dans ce cas, retirez le ruban et désactivez le capteur de fin de ruban via le logiciel. La température d'impression peut être réduite pour éviter de brûler le support.

Quels sont les codes d'erreur courants ?

Les codes d'erreur sont affichés sur le panneau. Par exemple, 'Ribbon End' indique que le ruban est épuisé, 'Label Out' signifie qu'il n'y a plus d'étiquettes, 'Head Open' que le capot est ouvert. Consultez le manuel pour la liste complète des codes.
