Comment utiliser le Bissell 3861N pour nettoyer une tache sur un canapé ?

Remplissez le réservoir d'eau propre avec de l'eau chaude et ajoutez la solution Bissell SpotClean. Branchez l'appareil, appuyez sur le bouton de pulvérisation pour appliquer la solution, puis aspirez en passant le flexible sur la tache. Répétez si nécessaire.

Comment nettoyer le réservoir d'eau sale ?

Vidangez le réservoir après chaque utilisation. Rincez-le à l'eau claire et essuyez avec un chiffon. Laissez sécher avant de remettre en place.

Quelle solution de nettoyage puis-je utiliser ?

Utilisez exclusivement les solutions Bissell SpotClean ou Bissell Oxy Stain Pretreater. Ne pas utiliser de produits ménagers classiques qui risquent d'endommager l'appareil.

Le flexible est bouché, que faire ?

Débranchez l'appareil. Retirez le flexible et vérifiez s'il y a un bouchon. Utilisez un fil de fer ou de l'eau chaude pour le déboucher. Si nécessaire, remplacez le flexible.

Puis-je utiliser l'appareil sur des tapis en laine ?

Oui, mais testez d'abord sur une zone peu visible. Utilisez peu de solution et aspirez bien pour éviter de saturer la laine.

Comment changer le filtre ?

Le filtre se trouve dans le réservoir d'eau sale. Retirez-le, lavez-le à l'eau savonneuse, rincez, essorez et laissez sécher complètement avant de le remettre.

Pourquoi l'appareil n'aspire-t-il plus correctement ?

Vérifiez que le réservoir d'eau sale n'est pas plein, que le filtre est propre, et que le flexible n'est pas obstrué. Si le problème persiste, contactez le service client.

L'appareil produit peu de vapeur, est-ce normal ?

Le Bissell 3861N n'est pas un nettoyeur vapeur mais un nettoyeur à pulvérisation d'eau chaude. La vapeur n'est pas produite ; c'est l'aspiration qui nettoie.

Puis-je utiliser l'appareil sur des sièges auto en tissu ?

Oui, il est idéal pour les sièges auto. Appliquez la solution, frottez doucement avec la brosse, puis aspirez abondamment pour retirer l'humidité.

Comment ranger l'appareil après utilisation ?

Vidangez et rincez les réservoirs. Nettoyez le flexible et la brosse. Enroulez le cordon autour de l'appareil. Stockez dans un endroit sec.
