Comment installer le volet verrière solaire VELUX ?

L'installation nécessite de fixer le cadre, brancher le moteur et orienter le panneau solaire au sud. Consultez le manuel d'installation fourni avec le produit.

Que faire si le volet ne s'ouvre plus ?

Vérifiez que la batterie est chargée (exposition au soleil) et que l'interrupteur fonctionne. Si le problème persiste, réinitialisez l'électronique en débranchant la batterie 10 secondes.

Comment nettoyer le panneau solaire ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux et de l'eau savonneuse sans produits abrasifs. Évitez les nettoyeurs haute pression. Nettoyez régulièrement pour maintenir l'efficacité de charge.

Quelle est la durée de vie de la batterie ?

La batterie lithium-ion dure environ 5 ans selon l'utilisation. Elle peut être remplacée par un professionnel.

Peut-on utiliser ce volet avec une télécommande ?

Oui, le modèle SSSS FFKF06 est compatible avec la télécommande VELUX INTEGRA (KU 310/311/312/313). La procédure d'appairage est décrite dans la notice.

Comment régler la butée d'ouverture ?

Sur le moteur, tournez la vis de butée avec un tournevis Torx 20 pour limiter la course. Ne dépassez pas les repères indiqués dans la notice technique.

Le volet fait un bruit anormal, que faire ?

Graissez les parties mobiles avec une huile silicone non agressive. Si le bruit persiste, vérifiez que rien n'obstrue le mécanisme ou contactez le SAV.

Comment remplacer la batterie ?

Débranchez l'ancienne batterie, dévissez le cache, remplacez par une neuve (réf. VELUX) et refermez. Suivez les consignes de sécurité dans la notice.

Le volet s'arrête en cours de route, pourquoi ?

Cela peut venir d'un obstacle ou d'une surcharge. Vérifiez les rails et réduisez la force d'ouverture via le réglage du moteur (voir notice page 12).

Quel entretien annuel est recommandé ?

Nettoyez les joints, vérifiez les fixations, testez la batterie et lubrifiez les articulations. Consultez le plan d'entretien en fin de notice.
