Comment installer la hotte CIELO ?
L'installation doit être réalisée par un professionnel. Fixez la hotte au mur à l'aide des chevilles et vis fournies. Respectez les distances minimales de sécurité : 65 cm au-dessus d'une cuisson électrique, 75 cm pour une cuisson gaz. Raccordez la sortie d'air à un conduit d'évacuation extérieur ou installez un filtre à charbon pour le mode recirculation.
Comment nettoyer le filtre à graisse ?
Le filtre métallique se nettoie au lave-vaisselle ou à la main avec de l'eau chaude savonneuse. Lavez-le tous les mois pour garantir l'efficacité de la hotte. Séchez-le bien avant de le remettre en place.
Quand changer le filtre à charbon ?
Si vous utilisez la hotte en mode recirculation, remplacez le filtre à charbon tous les 4 à 6 mois en moyenne. Un filtre saturé réduit l'efficacité et peut dégager des odeurs.
Comment changer une ampoule LED ?
Débranchez la hotte. Retirez le capot de l'éclairage (souvent clipsé). Déclipsez l'ampoule LED défectueuse et remplacez-la par une ampoule identique (type GU10 ou similaire). Remontez le capot.
La hotte fonctionne mais n'aspire pas bien. Que faire ?
Vérifiez que les filtres à graisse ne sont pas encrassés. Nettoyez-les si besoin. Assurez-vous que le conduit d'évacuation n'est pas obstrué. Vérifiez que la hotte n'est pas en mode recirculation sans filtre à charbon (ou que celui-ci est usagé). Enfin, contrôlez les vitesses sélectionnées.
Comment passer de l'extraction à la recirculation ?
Pour utiliser la hotte en recirculation, vous devez retirer la grille d'évacuation extérieure et installer un filtre à charbon (non fourni) à l'emplacement prévu. Consultez le manuel pour le positionnement exact. L'air filtré sera renvoyé dans la cuisine.
Quelle distance entre la hotte et la table de cuisson ?
Respectez un minimum de 65 cm pour une cuisson électrique et 75 cm pour une cuisson au gaz ou mixte. Cela garantit une aspiration efficace et évite tout risque de surchauffe.
Comment régler la vitesse de la hotte ?
Utilisez les boutons ou le curseur situé sur la façade. Généralement, la position 1 est pour une cuisson douce, la 2 pour une cuisson normale, la 3 (ou mode intensif) pour les fortes odeurs ou vapeurs. Le mode intensif s'arrête automatiquement après 5 minutes.

Cela peut être dû à une surchauffe du moteur (si la hotte a fonctionné longtemps à pleine puissance) ou à un problème électrique. Vérifiez que les filtres ne sont pas trop encrassés. Si le problème persiste, contactez le SAV.
