Comment connecter mon smartphone à l'enceinte X 550 ?

Activez le Bluetooth de votre smartphone puis mettez l'enceinte en mode appairage en maintenant le bouton Bluetooth enfoncé jusqu'à ce que le voyant clignote. Sélectionnez 'JAMO X 550' dans la liste des périphériques disponibles.

Quelle est l'autonomie de la batterie ?

L'autonomie est d'environ 10 heures à volume modéré. Le temps de charge est d'environ 3 heures via le port USB-C.

Comment recharger l'enceinte ?

Utilisez le câble USB-C fourni et branchez-le sur un adaptateur secteur USB (5V/1A minimum). Le voyant rouge indique la charge, il s'éteint une fois la batterie pleine.

Puis-je utiliser l'enceinte en mode mains-libres ?

Oui, l'enceinte intègre un microphone. Lors d'un appel entrant, appuyez sur le bouton téléphone pour répondre et rappuyez pour raccrocher.

Comment nettoyer l'enceinte ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec. Pour les taches tenaces, humidifiez légèrement le chiffon avec de l'eau. N'utilisez jamais de solvants ou produits abrasifs.

L'enceinte est-elle résistante à l'eau ?

Oui, elle possède une certification IPX5, ce qui la protège contre les projections d'eau. Cependant, ne l'immergez pas et ne l'exposez pas à la pluie.

Puis-je connecter plusieurs enceintes entre elles ?

Non, ce modèle ne supporte pas la fonction multipoint ou appairage stéréo. Chaque enceinte fonctionne indépendamment.

Que faire si l'enceinte ne s'allume pas ?

Vérifiez que la batterie est chargée. Branchez-la sur le chargeur et attendez quelques minutes. Si elle ne s'allume toujours pas, effectuez un reset en insérant un trombone dans le trou prévu à cet effet (voir manuel).

Comment mettre à jour le firmware ?

JAMO ne propose pas de mise à jour firmware pour ce modèle. Les fonctionnalités sont figées en usine. Assurez-vous d'utiliser la version la plus récente du manuel.

Où trouver le numéro de série ?

Le numéro de série se trouve sous l'enceinte, près du port de charge, ou sur l'emballage d'origine. Il est nécessaire pour toute demande de garantie.

The scope of the warranty

The warranty period will come into force as from the purchase date stated on the invoice. The warranty will apply for the following period of time:

• 2 years for electronics (power supply, amplifier, etc.)
• 7 years for other parts (cabinet, speaker units, etc.)

In case of warranty inquiries, please contact your dealer.

In case of request for service under warranty, please enclose your original receipt.

Defects covered by the warranty:

Except for the defects stated below, the warranty covers any production and material defects of the product.

Defects not covered by the warranty:

Defects arising from accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, mis-maintenance, voltage variation, overloading, stroke of lightning, and other force majeure events
- Defects arising from incorrect installation or operation
Defects arising from modification/repair/attempts of repair by a non-authorised service centre
Defects arising from the use of non-original spare parts
- Defects on products with altered or lacking series number
- Other defects due to conditions or circumstances beyond the supplier's control

Transportation costs for servicing are not covered by the warranty.

The supplier is liable only to repair or replace defective parts or products and the supplier is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the product. A replacement cannot exceed the value of the product under warranty.

To the extent that the enclosed conditions, including the limitation of liabilities, are inconsistent with indispensable regulations in the customer's country of residence, the latter shall have precedence.

Alle henvendelser om garanti skal ske til forhandleren.

Ved anmodning om servicering under garanti skal original faktura medbringes.

• Fejloptåt som føge af uheld, misbrug, normalsl slid, misligholdelse, spendsundsgvinding, overbelastning, lynnedlag og force majeur i øvigt
  Fejl opståt som folge af ukorrekt installerering eller betjening
• Fejg opstæt som folge af modifikation/reparation/for-sog på reparation foretaget af et ikke- autorisert ser-vice center
  Fejel opstaet i forbindelse med brugen af uriginale reservedele
  Fejl på produiter med earendet er mannlgende serienunder
• Fejl øvrigt på grund af forhold eller omstændigheder, som leverandoren ikke er ansvarlig for

Omkostninger til transport i forbindelse med servicering er/DDke omfattet af garantien.

Leverandoren er alene forpligtet til at udbedre aller omlevere fejlbehaftede dele ullerprodukter, og leverandoren eriks ansvarlig for indirekte tab og/eller folgeskader i ovrigt ved brugen af produit. Erstatningen kan icke overstige varden det deleverede.

I det omfang naervaerde betingelser, herunder ansvarsbegransing m.v., matte stride mod urfvigiligere regler i kundens bopaelsland har disse regler forrang i forholddet til naervaerde bestemmeler.
