TOOLS REQUIRED
- Panel removal tool • Phillips screwdriver
Attention! With the key out of the ignition, disconnect the negative battery terminal before installing this product. Ensure that all installation connections are secure before cycling the ignition to test this product.
DASH DISASSEMBLY
- On the right of the steering column, unclip the driver's side panel just enough to free the dash panel for removal in the following steps. (Figure A)
- Open the passenger door, then, using the panel removal tool, unclip and remove the panel on the side of the dash. Remove (1) Phillips screw exposed. (Figure B)

- Open glove box, remove (4) Phillips screws along the top and (2) along the bottom. Remove glove box and glove box trim all in one step. (Figure C, D)

DASH DISASSEMBLY (CONT.)
- Remove (1) Phillips screw securing the passenger side A/C vent, then remove the vent. (Figure E)
- Remove (1) Phillips screw securing the dash panel above the glovebox, then unclip and remove the panel. (Figure F)
- Remove (4) Phillips screw securing the factory radio, disconnect the wiring, and then remove the radio. (Figure G)

KIT ASSEMBLY
- Secure the radio brackets to the radio trim panel using the Phillips screws provided. (Figure A)
- Secure the radio to the radio trim panel/ bracket assembly using the screws supplied with the radio. (Figure B)
- Locate the factory wiring harness and antenna connector in the dash and complete all necessary connections to the radio. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter from Metra and/or Axxess. Reconnect the negative battery terminal and test the aftermarket radio for proper operation.
- Snap the radio trim panel assembly onto the dash and reassemble the dash in the reverse order of disassembly.
