Comment utiliser le cuiseur à riz Hitachi RZ-ZH10 ?

Rincez le riz, placez-le dans la cuve, ajoutez de l'eau selon les graduations, fermez le couvercle, branchez l'appareil, sélectionnez le mode souhaité (blanc, complet, etc.) et appuyez sur Démarrer. L'appareil s'arrête automatiquement et passe en mode maintien au chaud.

Quelle est la capacité maximale du RZ-ZH10 ?

La capacité est de 1,0 litre, soit environ 5 tasses de riz cru (750 ml de riz cru environ), donnant jusqu'à 10 tasses de riz cuit.

Comment programmer la cuisson différée ?

Appuyez sur la touche Minuterie, réglez l'heure de fin souhaitée à l'aide des flèches, puis confirmez. L'appareil calcule automatiquement le début de la cuisson pour terminer à l'heure choisie.

Que faire si le riz est trop cuit ou brûlé ?

Vérifiez le dosage eau/riz : utilisez les graduations dans la cuve. Pour du riz blanc, le niveau d'eau doit correspondre à la ligne du même numéro que le nombre de tasses. Un excès d'eau ou un temps de cuisson trop long peut brûler le riz. Nettoyez la cuve après chaque usage.

Comment nettoyer le cuiseur à riz ?

Débranchez l'appareil et laissez-le refroidir. Retirez la cuve intérieure et le panier vapeur : ils passent au lave-vaisselle. Nettoyez le corps extérieur avec un chiffon humide. Le couvercle intérieur et le joint peuvent être nettoyés à la main avec de l'eau savonneuse. Ne jamais immerger le corps dans l'eau.

Peut-on cuire d'autres aliments que le riz ?

Oui, l'appareil dispose d'un mode Vapeur pour cuire légumes, poissons ou dim sum. Utilisez le panier vapeur fourni. Vous pouvez aussi préparer des porridges ou des soupes avec le mode adapté.

Pourquoi le voyant clignote-t-il et l'appareil ne chauffe-t-il pas ?

Le voyant clignotant indique généralement que le couvercle n'est pas correctement fermé ou que la cuve n'est pas bien positionnée. Vérifiez la fermeture du couvercle et la présence de la cuve. Si le problème persiste, consultez la notice.

Comment remplacer le joint du couvercle ?

Le joint du couvercle est une pièce détachable. Pour le remplacer, retirez l'ancien joint en le tirant doucement, puis placez le nouveau joint en l'enfonçant bien dans la rainure. Assurez-vous qu'il est bien en place pour éviter les fuites de vapeur. Les joints de rechange sont disponibles sur le site Hitachi ou chez les revendeurs agréés.

Le mode maintien au chaud peut-il être utilisé trop longtemps ?

Le maintien au chaud est conçu pour 12 heures maximum. Au-delà, le riz peut se dessécher ou perdre sa texture. Pour une meilleure qualité, consommez le riz dans les 6 heures suivant la cuisson.

วิธีหุงข้าว How to Cook Rice

กดปุ่ม [Menu] เพื่อเลือกประเภทการหุง Press [MENU] button to select the menu.

■ เมื่อเสียบปลีกแล้ว ไฟ LED จะแสดงที่ตําแหน่ง ข้าวชาว/ข้าวหอมมะลิ When plug is in, LED light will be on and displayed at White rice/Jasmine rice position.

ทุกครั้งที่กลุ่ม [รายการ/MENU] ไฟแสดงการเลื่อนประเภทการพูงข้าว หอมและลิ่วชํารากล้อง/ข้าวต์ดับ/เจ็บ/มีง จะเลื่อนในครั้งละเฉมน Each time is press the [รายการ/MENU] button, the indicate LED light will move to Jasmine/White → Brown → Porridge → Steam Menu

- หั้วหุงข้าวจะเริ่มการตั้งค่าเริ่มต้นที่เนนูหุงข้าวชาาก่อนเสมอ The cooker always starts initial setting with White rice menu. หั้วหุงข้าวจะไง่ต่阶าการตั้งค่าเนื่อเลือนนูข้าวชา/ซ้าหาและลิ → ข้าวหลัง → ข้าวต้ม → ฟิก → นิ่ง และยะกลิ่มมา ดั้งค่าเป็นซ้าวชาในเครื่องต่อไปเสมอ The cooker will not remember the setting when you select White/Jasmine → Brown → Porridge → Steam It will be set back to White rice next time.

■ หลังจากตกปุ่มหุงข้าวหรือหุงต่วนพิเศษ ไฟ LED จะติด จากนั้นหม้อจะเริ่มหุงข้าว When [Cook] or [Rapid Cook] button is pushed, LED light will be on. It will start cooking.

หมายเหตุ : สำหรับการหุง fireก Note : For porridge cooking (Thin)

• ควรใช้ข้าวเมล็ดหักในการหูง และหลังจากหุงเสร็จแล้วควรเปิดผ่าและคนเจิกให้เข้ากันก่อนรับประทาน
• It is recommended to use broken rice for cooking. And after it is cooked, you should open the lid well stir it well before serving.

■ไฟอุ่นจะสว่างขึ้น และหม้อหุงข้าวจะทําการอุ่นข้าว โปรดรับประทานข้าว ทันที่ที่ข้าวสก

Warm light will be on and warming system will automatically work. Please enjoy the rice as soon as possible after it is cooked.

• หาการวันข้าวโมทั่ว ช้าวอาจดูดซับไอน้ํามาก ทำให้ข้าวเหนียวหรือแข็งมากเกินใบ If the rice is not stirred properly, it may absorb steam and become too glutinous or hard.
• ข้าวที่หูงตรงส่วนกลางพน้อยาจมีรอยปุ่มลงเด็กน้อย หรือข้าวที่ ตั้มผังกับผิวหม้อในจะชาวและปุ่มมากกว่าปกติ You may see a slight dimple in the center of cooked rice, or white and soft rice where it contacts the inner pot.

พรวนข้าวทันที่เมื่อหุงเสวร็จ Stir the rice as soon as it is cooked

ผู้นไห้ร้อน Keeping warm

• แม้ว่าหม้อหุ้งข้าวจะสามารถอุ่นข้าวได้นแกนกว่า 8 ชม. แต่คุณ ไผควรกระทํา เพราะข้าวอาจจะมีกลิ่มและสีที่เปลี่ยนไป จากเติม Though it could keep the rice warm over 8 hours. It is not recommended to do so, because it may cause odor and discoloration.
• การอุ่นจะทําให้เกิดหยุดนําสะสมกายในฟ้าสันใน ฟ้าค้าในหรือกายใน ตัววัฒนี้ ชื่งจะทําให้ช้าวโมเม่หง หม้อหุงข้าวโมได้ทํางานลิปยดิตแต่อย่างไร Warming may cause dew drops accumulation inside of lid, inner lid or inner pot. This prevents the rice from getting dried, it is not the cooker's malfunction.

เมื่อข้าวสุก หม้อหุงข้าวจะตัดการทํางานใบที่การอุ่นข้าว หากไม่ต้องการอุ่นข้าว ให้กดปุ่ม [รายการ/MENU] แล้วดึงปลีกออก When rice is cooked, it will be automatically switched to warming operation. If you do not want to warm, Press [รายการ/MENU] button and unplug.

วิธีการนี่งแบบกำหนดเอง /How to Steam manual

1 การนี่งอาหารอื่น Steaming Other

2 การนั่งข้าวเหนียว Steaming Sticky Rice การเตรียมการนั่งข้าวเหนียว Preparation of steaming Sticky Rice ดวงข้าวด้วยถ้วยดวงที่ได้มาหร้อมหม้อหุงข้าว Measure the sticky rice with supplied measuring cup.

- ไสน้ําลงหม้อใน Fill water into the inner pot 1.0 L 1.0 ลิตร ที่ชีดบอกระตับน้ําเลข 3 (ข้าวหอมมะลิ) 1.0L at water level 3 cups (Jasmine rice) - 1.8 L 1.8 ลิตร ที่ชีดบอกระตับน้ําเลข 4 (ข้าวหอมมะลิ) 1.8L at water level 4 cups (Jasmine rice) - นําการณ์ลูหน้อใน

Put the steam basket in the inner pot.

- ใส่ผักหรืออาหารลงในภาตนึ่ง Put vegetable or food in the steam basket.

- การวางหม้อใน (ดูรายละเอียดหน้า 6) How to place the inner pot. (See details page 6)

- ไสน้ําให้มากพอแล้วชาวข้าว จากนั้นเทน้ําทิ้งทันที Fill with enough water, rinse the rice. Then pour the water immediately.

- ทำชําขั้นตอน “ชาวข้าว ➔ เหนำที่ง” จนน้ำสะอาด Repeat the process “rinse ➔ pour” until the water is clear.

- แข่ข้าวในน้ำสะอาด 1 ชั่วโมง Soak the rice in the clean water for 1 hour.

3 การนิ่งข้าวเหนียว Steaming Sticky Rice

※ ก่อนนี่งข้าวเหนียว ควรแข่ข้าวโนน้ํา 1 ชั่วโมง Before cooking, soak the Sticky Rice in water for 1 hour.

- ไสน้ําลงหม้อใน Fill water into the inner pot : รุ่น 1.0 ลิตร ที่ริดบอกกระดับนําเลข 3 (ข้าวหอมมะลิ) 1.0L at water level 3 cups (Jasmine rice) : รุ่น 1.8 ลิตร ที่ริดบอกกระดับนําเลข 4 (ข้าวหอมมะลิ) 1.8L at water level 4 cups (Jasmine rice)

- ว่างผ้าชาวบางที่ผ่านุการชลบนําลงในลาดนี้ง หลังจากนั้นนําลาดนี้ลงหม้อใน Place the damp cheesecloth into the steam basket and put the steam basket in the inner pot.

- ใสข้าวที่ผ่านการแข่น้ํา ซั่วโมง ลงในภาตนึ่ง Put the soaked rice into the steam basket.

- ฟังชายผ้าชาวบางขินมาปิดข้าวด้านบนแล้วบิดเฝ่า (ถ้าไม่ใช้ผ้าชาวบางรองลาดนี่ยง อาจた่าให้ ข้าวเหนียวนิ่งไม่สก) Fold the ends of cheesecloth over the rice and close the lid. (If do not use the cheesecloth, cannot cook Sticky Rice well.)

4เสียบปลีกเข้ากับเต้ารับ Plug into the socket.

5 กตบุ้มรายการ [Menu] เพื่อเลือกรายการนี่ง "Steam" Press [Menu] button to select [Steam].

6 กดปุ่มทุงข้าว [Cook] Press [Cook] button.

7 ดึงปลักออกจากเต้ารับ Unplug from the socket.

- ทุกครั้งที่เสียบปลีกใหม่ ไฟหุงจะแสดงที่ตําแหน่ง "ข้าวชาว/ข้าวหอมมะลิ". Every time you plug in, cooking light mark will be at White/Jasamine rice position.

- ทุกครั้งที่เกตุ่ม [รายการ/MENU] ไฟแสดงการเลือกประเภทการ หุงข้าว หอมมะลิ/ข้าวกล้อง/ข้าวต้ม/ไรก/นึ่ง จะเลื่อนไปครั้งละเมนู Each time is press the [รายการ/MENU] button, the indicate LED light will move to Jasmine/White → Brown → Porridge → Steam Menu

- ไฟหุงข้าวจะติดจากนั้นหม้อหุงข้าวจะเริ่มทําการนึ่ง Cooking light will be on. The show time for steaming will stop blinking. Then it will start steaming with the time. - หลังจากนึ่งเสร็จ ไฟหุงข้าวจะตับ ไฟแสดงการอุ่นจะสว่าง After steaming is finished, cooking light will be off warm light will be on

- หลังจากนึ่งเสร็จ ไมควรเปิดฝ่าโดยทันที่ ควรรอประมาณ 2-3 นาที After steaming is finished, do not open the lid immediately. Please wait for 2-3 minutes. - หลังจากการใช้งานหม้อหูงข้าวควรกดบุ่ม บิด/อุ่น [บิด/อุ่น Off/Warm] แล้วดึงปล้๊กออกทุกครั้งเพื่อความปลอดภัย After using the cooker, always push Off/Warm [บิด/อุ่น Off/Warm] button and unplug for safety.

การทำความสะอาด/Clean and Care

การทำความสะอาดสำหรับหม้อหุงข้าว Cleaning method for rice cooker

- ก่อนทำความสะอาด ให้อตุปลักและรอให้ตัวหม้อเย็นลงก่อน

Make sure that you unplug cooker and the body is cold for cleaning.

Avoid using benzene, thinner, polishing powder or scrub brush to clean the cooker. (It may damage the surface.)

① อดฝาระบายไอนำออกจากห Remove steam cap from the lid,

If there is rust on heating plate or temperature sensor, use fine sandpaper (No.600) to rub it off and then wipe with damp cloth.

กรณีไฟฟ้าเกิดตับ In case of Electric power failure

① เมื่อไฟฟ้าเกิดดับขณะทำการทุงข้าวหรืออุ่นข้าว หม้อทุงข้าวจะหยุดการทำงาน When a power failure while cooking or warming rice, the Rice Cooker will stop working.
② เมื่อไฟฟ้าติดใหม่อีกครั้ง ไฟ LED ตรง ข้าวขาว/ข้าวหอมมะลิ ข้าวกล้อง ข้าวต้ม โจก และนึ่ง จะกระพริบ เป็นการแจ้งเตือนให้ทราบว่าใต้มีการเกิดไฟฟ้าดับและหม้อหุงข้าวได้หยุดการทํางาน When power return, a flashing LED light at White/Jasmine, Brown, Porridge (Thick, Thin) and Steam will inform you that there was a power failure and the Rice Cooker has stopped.
③ไฟ LED กระพรับจะหายไป ถ้าคุณกดปุ่ม [Off/Warm] The LED light will disappear if you push the [Off/Warm] button.
④ ถ้าข้าวที่หุ่งยังไม่สุกติ กรุณาตปุ่ม [Cook] เพื่อเริ่มการหุ่งอีกครั้ง If the rice is not cooked yet, push [Cook] button to start cooking again.
⑤ ถ้าข้าวที่หุงลูกเรียบร้อยและคุณต้องการที่จะอุ่นข้าว กตปุ่ม [Off/Warm] อิกครั้ง และไฟอุ่นจะสว่าง If the rice is already cooked and you want to keep the rice warm, push [Off/Warm] button once and warm light will turn on.

• เมื่อข้าวที่หูงยังไม่สุกติ กรุณาเช็คหลอดไฟ LED ตรง ข้าวขาว/ข้าวหอมมะลิ ข้าวกล้อง ข้าวต้ม และโจก จะกระพริบ หม้อหูงข้าวยังคงทํางานปกติ กรุณาลองใหม่อีกครั้ง If the rice is not cooked yet, please check a flashing LED light at White/Jasmine, Brown, Porridge (Thick, Thin). • ในบางกรณีของไฟดับเป็นเวลานาน และเมื่ออุณหภูมิของข้าวลดลงไฟ LED จะตับ ดังนั้นทุกครั้งที่ข้าวหุงยังไม่ลูก กรุนากดปุ่มหุงใหม่ธีกครั้ง In some cases of power failure for a long time and when the temperature of the rice is down, the LED lights off.
