Chaque port supporte une vitesse allant jusqu'à 1000 Mbps (Gigabit) en full duplex. Le commutateur s'adapte automatiquement à la vitesse de l'appareil connecté (10/100/1000).

Comment savoir si le commutateur fonctionne correctement ?

Vérifiez les LED sur le panneau avant : la LED d'alimentation doit être allumée. Pour chaque port, la LED de liaison s'allume lorsqu'un câble est connecté et clignote en cas d'activité réseau.

Puis-je utiliser des câbles Ethernet de catégorie 5 ?

Oui, les câbles Cat5 ou supérieurs (Cat5e, Cat6) sont compatibles. Pour des performances Gigabit optimales, utilisez des câbles Cat5e ou Cat6.

Oui, branchez simplement un câble Ethernet entre le port du routeur/modem et l'un des ports du commutateur. Le commutateur étendra le réseau à tous les autres ports.
