MODE D'EMPLOI JK22504M HAGER

3 Pole MCCB Installation - JK21253M - JK22503M - JK22503S
Remove the device shrouds on the incoming device.
Ensure the Phase links are installed as shown and line up correctly.
Use the 3 M5 hex head carp nuts to secure the 3 phase links L1/L2/L3 to the busbar riser's and tourque to 5Nm.
Use the cap head bolts to secure the opposite end of the 3 phase links L1/L2/L3 to the MCCB - ensure all the connections are tourqued to 13Nm.
Refit the terminal shrouds on the load side of the MCCB once complete.
Fit the Neutral bar support nylon pillar to the galvanised chassis and then fit the copper N link with the M5 hex head screw and washer provided and tourque to 5Nm.
Fit the incoming cables to the device, ensure the neutral cable is secured to the neutral copper link securing with the M8 bolt provided and refit the shroud to cover the phase links.
Finally fit the adapter plate to the front cover using the high torque screws provided including the 2 blanks as shown.


4 Pole MCCB Installation - JK21254M - JK22504M - JK22504MCS
Remove the device shrouds on the incoming device.
Ensure the Phase links are installed as shown and line up correctly.
Use the 3 M5 hex head carp nuts to secure the 3 phase links L1/L2/L3 to the busbar riser's and torque to 5Nm.
Fit the Neutral bar support nylon pillar to the galvanized chassis and then fit the copper N link with the M5 hex head screw and washer provided to the cross link and torque to 5Nm.
Use the cap head bolts to secure the opposite end of the 3 phase links L1/L2/L3 to the MCCB & fit the 2 neutral links provided (doubled up) to the neutral bar with the M8 Bolt and also secure to the MCCB - ensuring all the connections are torqued to 13Nm.
Refit the terminal shrouds on the load side of the MCCB once complete.
Fit the incoming cables to the device, ensure the neutral cable is secured to the neutral copper link securing with the M8 bolt provided and refit the shroud to cover the phase links.
Finally fit the adapter plate to the front cover using the high torque screws provided including the 2 blanks as shown.

The device may only be connected and installed by an electrically skilled person. National standards and safety regulations must be observed.
The device must be checked for external damage prior to installation. If any damage or other defects are detected in this check, the device must not be installed.
Its use is only permitted within the limits shown and stated in the installation instructions.
Opening or otherwise tampering with the device invalidates the warranty.
