Comment puis-je effacer un bourrage papier ?

Ouvrez les capots indiqués par l'écran tactile. Retirez délicatement le papier coincé en suivant les animations de dépannage. Consultez la section Dépannage de la notice pour plus de détails.

Comment remplacer le toner ?

Ouvrez le capot avant, tirez le tiroir du toner, remplacez la cartouche vide par une neuve, puis refermez. L'appareil peut être chargé pendant le fonctionnement (remplacement à chaud).

Comment régler les couleurs d'impression ?

Accédez au menu Réglage couleur sur l'écran tactile. Vous pouvez ajuster la saturation, la balance des couleurs et le contraste. Pour une calibration avancée, utilisez le logiciel EFI Color Profile Suite.

Quels types de papier puis-je utiliser ?

L'imprimante accepte du papier de 60 à 300 g/m², y compris le papier couché, les transparents et le carton. Le format maximum est le SRA3 (330,2 x 487,7 mm).

Comment configurer la numérisation vers un dossier réseau ?

Utilisez le protocole SMB ou FTP. Dans le menu Scan, sélectionnez 'Dossier', saisissez le chemin d'accès et les identifiants. Vous pouvez enregistrer jusqu'à 50 dossiers par tâche.

Comment ajouter une finition comme l'agrafage ou le pliage ?

Dans les options d'impression, sélectionnez la finition souhaitée : agrafage, pliage, perforation ou livret. Les finitions disponibles dépendent des options installées (Piqueuse, Plieuse).

Pourquoi l'impression est-elle lente ?

Vérifiez que le mode Économie d'énergie n'est pas activé. Les impressions sur papier épais ou en haute résolution peuvent réduire la vitesse. Assurez-vous également que le pilote est correctement configuré.

Comment réinitialiser l'imprimante aux paramètres d'usine ?

Appuyez sur la touche Menu, allez dans 'Paramètres système' puis 'Réinitialiser'. Confirmez l'opération. Attention : cette action efface tous les réglages personnalisés.

Comment économiser l'énergie ?

Activez le mode Économie d'énergie dans les paramètres système. La consommation en veille passe alors sous les 3,2 W. Vous pouvez aussi programmer une extinction automatique.

Comment mettre à jour le pilote d'impression ?

Téléchargez le dernier pilote depuis le site de RICOH. Déinstallez l'ancien pilote, puis installez le nouveau en suivant les instructions. Les langages supportés sont PostScript 3, PCL5c et PCL6.

The RICOH Pro™C720/C720S colour printers address the light production requirements of printing professionals. EASE OF USE

Your learning curve with the RICOH Pro™C720/C720S will be minimal as the large colour operation panel is highly intuitive. You will always have a good view of the panel, whatever your working position, as it can be tilted up and down or angled side-to-side for easy viewing. For ease of use you can choose between a regular or simplified screen display. If a paper jam or other problem should occur, animated troubleshooting procedures will enable you to fix it quickly and easily.

VARIETY OF OPTIONS

The extensive options available with the RICOH Pro™C720/C720S will help you optimise your printing process. Paper capacity can be expanded to 11,000 sheets by adding large-capacity trays. Potential multi-feeding problems that can occur when coated paper is printed are averted with the optional air-assist paper feed mechanism. Up to 13,000 sheets can be stacked with the addition of high-capacity stackers.

MAXIMUM UPTIME

With the RICOH Pro™C720/C720S you can load paper and replace toner bottles on the fly. Trained users can easily replace a number of key components (OPC drum, developer, charger unit, drum cleaning unit, belt cleaning unit and paper transfer roller unit) instead of waiting for a service engineer. The outstanding image quality of the RICOH Pro™C720/C720S is realised by 1,200 x 1,200 dpi multi-bit imaging and the adoption of Ricoh's latest image processing technology. Ricoh's new OPC drum – Advanced Stabilization OPC – has an extremely durable overcoat layer that produces high-quality, stable colour during continuous printing. High registration accuracy is obtained as the devices are equipped with a mechanical paper registration unit.
