Installation Instructions

  1. Place the unit on a level, stable surface in a well-ventilated area.
  2. Do not install the machine on weak or uneven flooring.
  3. Connect the green grounding wire (located at the back) to a grounded metal object. Do not connect it to a water or gas pipe.
  4. Lay the drain hose down.
  5. Use the included water inlet hose to connect the faucet/tap to the water supply inlet of the washtub.
  6. Adjust the water level based on the type and quantity of clothes.
  7. Set the wash timer to the desired setting to start the machine.

Washing Procedure

Washing

  1. Set the wash selector to Gentle or Normal. (See Table 1 below for wash mode guide.)
  2. Insert the water hose into the inlet, or use a pail of water if a faucet is unavailable. Fill the washtub halfway.
  3. Add detergent based on the water volume and the detergent's package instructions.
  4. Turn the Wash Timer knob to 1 minute to dissolve the detergent.
  5. Place clothes into the washtub one at a time, pushing them toward the bottom. Continue adding water until the desired level is reached.
  6. Set the Wash Timer according to Table 1.

Rinsing

Rinse the clothes by repeating the above washing procedure without detergent.

Washing Suggestions

  1. For heavily soiled cotton or linen clothes, pre-wash them in clean water for 2–3 minutes and drain the dirty water before proceeding with the regular wash. This improves washing results and reduces detergent use.

  2. Apply a small amount of detergent to collars, cuffs, or heavily soiled spots and rub by hand or with a laundry brush.

Important Notices

  1. The power cord is specially installed. If damaged, unplug the unit and contact a service technician. Do not attempt to open or repair the wire box yourself.
  2. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, stop the machine immediately and call for service.
  3. Always turn the Wash Timer gently in the correct direction (clockwise).
  4. Do not pour boiling water or water hotter than 140^ F ( 60^ C) into the machine, as it may deform plastic parts.
  5. Keep the washing area free from obstructions, especially during operation.
  6. Do not exceed the rated washing capacity.
  7. Do not place heavy objects on top of the machine.
  8. Do not use strong acids, alkalis, or harsh chemicals in or near the washing machine.

Maintenance After Use

  1. Unplug the power cord and hang it on the hook at the side of the machine.
  2. Drain all water from the washtub completely.
  3. Turn the wash selector to the Normal position.
  4. Clean the machine and hang the drain hose on the hook at the side.
  5. Use low-foaming, high-density laundry powder or liquid detergent for better washing results.
  6. Warm water (not boiling) may improve wash performance.
    Do not exceed 140^ F ( 60^ C).
  7. Remove the water inlet hose, empty any remaining water, and place the hose inside the washtub.
  8. Let the unit air dry in a ventilated space before closing the lid.
  9. After extended use, fabric lint may build up under the pulsator. If so, unscrew and remove the pulsator carefully. Clean it with water and a soft brush (never use a steel brush). Clean the washtub base as well, then reattach the pulsator. Monthly cleaning is recommended.

Troubleshooting

If the pulsator stops running, it may be due to a power failure or loose plug. Ensure the plug is inserted securely. If the V-belt has come off, a service technician should reinstall it.

If the pulsator runs abnormally, the V-belt may be too tight or too loose, or the motor pulley may be loose. A service technician should adjust the belt tension and tighten any screws.

If the machine produces abnormal noise, foreign objects may be stuck between the pulsator and wash tub. Remove any objects immediately or call a technician.

If there is vibration, check for jammed objects or improper load distribution. Also, worn-out or loose V-belts can cause vibration and should be replaced by a technician.

If the pulsator runs at abnormal speed, it could be due to loose motor screws or a slack belt. A technician should tighten both the V-belt and the motor mounting screws.
