Das Aluminium-Dachabdeckblech ZTB 60 ermöglicht in Verbindung mit den Abdeckkragen ZTC 42/ZTC 48/ZTC 60 eine umweltfreundliche, universelle (d. h. vom Dachziegelformat unabhängige), abgedichtete Dacheinführung eines Antennenmastes mit bis zu 60 mm Durchmesser. Das über das Wellenprofil versteifte Dachabdeckblech ZTB 60 ist an den Rändern abgeflacht und weist somit eine gute Verformbarkeit auf, sodass es sich an die umgebenden Dachziegel sehr gut anpassen lässt. Für eine optimale Abdichtung ist das Dachabdeckblech am unteren Rand und an den Seitenrändern mit stark klebenden, selbstverschweißenden Bändern auf Butylkautschuk-Basis (entspricht DIN EN 13984) ausgestattet.

Sicherheitshinweise

Treffen Sie bei den Montagearbeiten an absturzgefährdeten Stellen Sicherungsmaßnahmen, wie z. B. die Verwendung einer Arbeitsbühne. Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Dach für die Durchführung der Montagearbeiten eine ausreichende Festigkeit und Stabilität aufweist. Es besteht Gefahr durch Absturz, der Beschädigung des Daches oder des Durchbrechens.

Wenden Sie sich im Zweifelsfall an einen qualifizierten Fachhändler oder an einen Fachmann des Dachhandwerks, um einen geeigneten Montageort zu finden.

Die montierende Person muss festes und rutschsicheres Schuhwerk tragen, schwindelfrei sein, sich sicher auf dem Dach bewegen können sowie eine sichere Stand- und Halteposition haben. Achten Sie darauf, dass die benutzte Aufstiegshilfe (z. B. Leiter) trocken, sauber und rutschfest ist und sich niemand unterhalb des Montageortes befindet.

Es besteht Lebens-/Verletzungsgefahr durch möglichen Absturz, Durchbruch und durch evtl. herabfallende Teile.

Montage

1. Bitte überprüfen Sie vor der Montage die Oberfläche der benachbarten Ziegel, an denen das Dachabdeckblech eingesetzt bzw. aufgeklebt wird. Diese Oberfläche muss sauber, trocken, staub-, fett- und moosfrei sein.
2. Richten Sie die Mast-Durchführung mittig zum Dachziegelverlauf aus, sodass das Dachabdeckblech spannungsfrei und vollständig fl ächendeckend den Original-Dachziegel ersetzt.
3. Bilden Sie beim Dachabdeckblech an der oberen Seite durch Aufbiegen einen Falz, der künftig als Wassersperre dienen soll.

Allgemeine Schutz- und Hygienemaßnahmen:

Hautkontakt vermeiden – ggf. Handschuhe tragen. Bei der Arbeit nicht essen, trinken oder rauchen. Vor den Pausen und nach Arbeitsende Hände mit fließendem Wasser und Seife waschen.

1. Das ZTB 60 bietet die Möglichkeit einer Kabeleinführung: Zum Schutz vor Feuchtigkeit sind die Kabeldurchführungen verschlossen. Durchbohren Sie nur die benötigte Zahl der Kabeldurchführungen und führen Sie die Kabel zur weiteren Verlegung ein. Bilden Sie eine Abtropfschlaufe. Wir empfehlen die Kabel durchzuführen, bevor das Dachabdeckblech festgeklebt wird.
2. Entfernen Sie den Klebeschutzstreifen und drücken Sie das Abdeckblech spannungsfrei an den äußeren benachbarten Dachziegeln fest an. Beachten Sie dabei die Sicherheitshinweise zum Klebebandmaterial (siehe oben) sowie die Verarbeitungstemperatur von +5°C - +40°C. Die Klebemasse verbindet sich mit dem Dachziegel. Wärme oder Sonneneinstrahlung beschleunigen den Vorgang und steigern die Bindungskräfte.

The ZTB 60 aluminium rooftop cover plate, in conjunction with the ZTC 42/ZTC 48/ZTC 60 cover collar, permits an environmentally-friendly universal (i.e. independent of the roof tiling format), sealed passage through the roof for an antenna mast up to 60 mm diameter.

The ZTB 60 rooftop cover plate is stiffened by the corrugated profile and flattened near the edges;

it can thus easily be shaped to adapt well to the surrounding roof tiles. For the optimum seal, the rooftop

cover plate is provided with self-sealing strips of highly-adhesive butyl rubber-based sealant (satisfies DIN EN 13984)

at the bottom edge and along the side edges.

Safety Notes

When carrying out installation work in locations where there is a risk of falling, take appropriate safety precautions, e.g. use of a working platform. Make sure that the roof is sufficiently strong and stable for carrying out the installation work. The work poses hazards such as falling from the roof, damaging the roof and falling through the roof.

In case of doubt, contact a qualified specialist dealer or specialist roofing contractor to find an appropriate installation location.

The person doing the work must wear strong non-slip footwear, must not be liable to dizziness, must be able to move around safely on the roof and have a secure standing and attachment position. Ensure that the climbing gear used (such as ladders) are dry, clean and non-slip, and that no-one is present underneath the installation area.

Risk of death or injury due to falling from the roof, falling through the roof and falling parts.

Installation

1. Before starting installation, please check the surface of the adjoining tiles on to which the rooftop cover plate will be paced and to which it will be glued. This surface must be clean, dry, and free of dust, grease and moss.
2. Align the mast centrally through the line of a row of roof tiles, so that the rooftop cover plate completely replaces the tile that is removed, without stress and covering the entire area.
3. Make a fold at the upper edge of the rooftop cover plate; this fold will in future act as a water barrier.

Safety instructions for adhesive tape material

Possible hazards associated with the product:

The adhesive tape is not hazardous in the sense of the applicable formulation guidelines.

General toxicology data:

The manufacturer is unaware of any ill effects on health resulting from the product when it is handled correctly and for the intended purpose.

General protective and hygiene measures:

Avoid contact with the skin – wear gloves if necessary. Do not smoke, eat or drink when handling the product. Wash your hands with soap and running water before breaks and on fi nishing work.

1. The ZTB 60 also allows cables to be fed through: As supplied, the cable ports are closed, so that moisture cannot penetrate. Drill out the required number of cable ports and feed the cables through for subsequent routing. Form a drip lip. We recommend that the cables are fed through before the rooftop cover plate is glued into its final position.

2. Remove the adhesive backing strips and press the rooftop cover plate into position on the adjoining roof tiles, without stressing any components. In doing so, comply with the safety instructions for adhesive tape material (see above) and the processing temperature of +5°C - +40°C. The adhesive tape sealant will bond to the roof tile. Heat or solar radiation will accelerate the process and increase the bond strength.
