Comment nettoyer l'écran ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec pour essuyer l'écran. Évitez les nettoyants chimiques, l'alcool ou les solvants qui pourraient endommager le revêtement.

Puis-je monter le moniteur au mur ?

Oui, le moniteur est compatible avec une fixation murale VESA 400x400. Utilisez un kit de montage adapté au poids du moniteur (environ 20,5 kg).

Comment changer le mode d'affichage ?

Accédez au menu OSD via les touches du moniteur ou la télécommande. Naviguez dans les paramètres d'image pour sélectionner le mode prédéfini (Standard, Cinéma, etc.) ou personnalisé.

Quels câbles sont fournis ?

Le moniteur est généralement livré avec un câble d'alimentation et un câble HDMI ou DisplayPort selon la version. Les autres câbles sont en option.

Comment réinitialiser les paramètres ?

Dans le menu OSD, allez dans Réglages système et sélectionnez Réinitialiser pour restaurer les paramètres d'usine. Confirmez l'opération.

Le moniteur prend-il en charge le HDR ?

Le NEC MultiSync P462 n'est pas certifié HDR. Il offre une luminosité élevée (700 cd/m²) et un bon contraste, mais ne prend pas en charge les signaux HDR natifs.

Comment connecter un périphérique USB ?

Utilisez le port USB amont (type B) pour relier le moniteur à un PC, puis les ports USB aval pour connecter des périphériques. Le hub USB fonctionne après installation des pilotes.

Que faire si l'écran ne s'allume pas ?

Vérifiez le câble d'alimentation et la prise secteur. Assurez-vous que l'interrupteur d'alimentation est sur ON. Si le problème persiste, testez avec un autre câble ou contactez le support.

Comment activer le mode portrait ?

Le moniteur prend en charge le pivotement physique pour une utilisation en portrait. Vous devez également orienter l'affichage dans les paramètres du système d'exploitation ou via le menu OSD.

Où trouver le numéro de série ?

Le numéro de série est imprimé sur une étiquette située à l'arrière du moniteur, près des connecteurs. Il est également accessible dans le menu OSD sous Informations.
