Comment insérer les piles dans la télécommande PACREM ?

Ouvrez le compartiment à piles au dos de la télécommande en glissant le couvercle vers le bas. Insérez deux piles AAA en respectant les polarités (+ et -) indiquées. Refermez le couvercle.

Ma télécommande ne fonctionne plus, que faire ?

Vérifiez d'abord l'état des piles et remplacez-les si nécessaire. Assurez-vous qu'aucun obstacle ne bloque le signal infrarouge entre la télécommande et l'appareil. Si le problème persiste, contactez le service client.

Quelle est la portée maximale de la télécommande PACREM ?

La portée peut atteindre jusqu'à 10 mètres en ligne de vue directe. L'angle de fonctionnement est d'environ 30 degrés de chaque côté.

La télécommande PACREM est-elle compatible avec tous les appareils Chief ?

Cette télécommande est conçue pour fonctionner avec les appareils Chief compatibles. Consultez la liste de compatibilité sur le site officiel ou contactez le support.

Comment nettoyer la télécommande ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux et sec. N'utilisez jamais de solvants, d'alcool ou de produits abrasifs qui pourraient endommager le boîtier.

Que faire si une touche de la télécommande ne répond plus ?

Essayez de retirer les piles pendant quelques secondes, puis réinsérez-les. Si la touche reste bloquée, contactez le service après-vente pour une réparation.

Puis-je utiliser des piles rechargeables dans la télécommande ?

Oui, des piles rechargeables AAA (1,2 V) peuvent être utilisées. Le temps de fonctionnement sera légèrement réduit par rapport aux piles alcalines.

Comment savoir si la télécommande émet un signal ?

Dirigez la télécommande vers un appareil photo numérique ou la caméra de votre téléphone. Appuyez sur une touche : si vous voyez une lumière rouge clignotante à travers l'écran, le signal infrarouge est émis.

La télécommande PACREM est-elle programmable ou universelle ?

Non, il s'agit d'une télécommande dédiée aux appareils Chief. Elle n'est pas programmable pour d'autres marques.

PACREM Bluetooth® Remote and Dongle Installation and Instructions

Unpack carton and verify contents. If any listed parts are missing, immediately contact a Chief Customer Service representative.

Dongle Installation

1. Plug in the Bluetooth® dongle (B) into the available RJ45 port on the motor control box. (See Figure 2)

NOTE: Dongle will have a blue "blink" when properly connected.

Remote Installation

1. Press and hold top two buttons on the Bluetooth® remote (A). (See Figure 1)

NOTE: The blinking "blue" light on the dongle (B) will stay solid while holding the remote buttons.

1. When the "blue" light on the dongle (B) turns off, the remote is synched and buttons can be released.

2. Test remote functionality by using the up and down buttons. (See Figure 1)

NOTE: The Bluetooth® remote does not require batteries to be installed. The battery pre-installed in the remote will last up to 10 years.

Height Adjustment

1. Press "UP" or "DOWN" buttons to raise or lower height as desired.

Save Height Levels

1. Adjust height until desired preset level is reached using "UP" and "DOWN" buttons.
2. Press "SAVE" button ("S")
3. Press one of three preset buttons (., .. or ...) to save preset position.
4. Repeat Steps 6-8 as desired.

Troubleshooting

If lifting function does not work properly, try to following troubleshooting steps. If none of these work, contact customer service.

1. If there is uneven movement, initialize the control box (reset)

2. Hold "Down" button until lift has reached it's lower limit.

3. Briefly release "Down" button

4. Press and hold "Down" for three seconds, wait until all movement has stopped, then release

5. If there is no movement, check the following

6. Check all cable connectors between controllers and actuators.

7. Check power cable connection to control box.

8. If there is slight movement and then reverse travel, check for any obstructions that may be interfering such as cables or peripheral devices.

9. Contact customer service if none of the above steps fix the problem.
