Quels périphériques puis-je connecter avec le câble CMSCOILED2 ?

Ce câble est idéal pour relier des imprimantes, scanners, hubs USB ou autres périphériques dotés d’un port USB-B. Il est compatible avec les ordinateurs équipés d’un port USB-A.

Le câble est-il rétractable ?

Non, il s’agit d’un câble en spirale qui se comprime et s’étend, mais il n’est pas rétractable automatiquement. Sa conception en ressort permet de réduire l’encombrement lorsqu’il n’est pas utilisé.

Quelle est la longueur maximale du câble ?

La longueur déployée est d’environ 1,5 mètres, et une fois compressé, il mesure environ 30 cm.

Le câble est-il compatible avec USB 3.0 ?

Ce modèle est un câble USB 2.0. Il supporte des débits jusqu’à 480 Mbps, ce qui convient pour la plupart des imprimantes et périphériques standards. Pour des vitesses plus élevées, optez pour un câble USB 3.0.

Puis-je utiliser ce câble pour connecter un disque dur externe ?

Oui, mais le débit sera limité à USB 2.0. Pour des transferts de fichiers volumineux, un câble USB 3.0 est recommandé.

Comment entretenir le câble CMSCOILED2 ?

Installation

Basic

1. Open the Cable Channel by rotating the Tube within the Cable Insertion Tool.
2. Feed the Cables into the Cable Insertion Tool though the V-Shaped Opening in the Tube. (Figure 1)

1. Rotate the Tube in the Cable Insertion Tool to close the Cable Channel. (Figure 2)

1. Insert the Nose of the Cable Insertion Tool into one end of the Cable-Management Sleeve.

2. Pull the Cable Insertion Tool through the entire length of the Cable-Management Sleeve. (Figure 3)

Note: It may be necessary to hold the Connectors of the Cables to prevent them from being pulled into the Cable Insertion Tool.

1. Rotate the Tube in the Cable Insertion Tool to open the Cable Channel.
2. Remove the Cables from the Cable Insertion Tube.

Advanced

If the application requires specific Cables to exit the Cable-Management Sleeve at different points, follow these instructions.

1. Follow steps 1-3 from the Basic Installation, loading only one Cable into the Cable Insertion Tube.
2. Determine the location where the Cable must exit the Cable-Management Sleeve. Gently pry apart the selected section of the Cable-Management Sleeve and follow steps 4-7 from the Basic Installation.
3. Repeat the Advanced Installation steps for any additional custom Cable configurations. (Figure 4)

Removal

Pull the Cables out of the Cable-Management Sleeve. Press the pliable Cable-Management Sleeve back into shape if it has stretched out.
