Comment nettoyer mon clavier Cougar Deathfire Ex ?

Utilisez un chiffon doux légèrement humide (ou sec) pour essuyer la surface. Pour les espaces entre les touches, vous pouvez utiliser une bombe à air comprimé. Évitez tout liquide pénétrant. Ne plongez jamais le clavier dans l’eau.

Le clavier est-il compatible avec ma console ?

Ce clavier est conçu pour PC (Windows, Mac, Linux). Il peut fonctionner sur Xbox ou PlayStation via un adaptateur, mais certaines fonctionnalités (logiciel, RGB avancé) ne seront pas disponibles.

Comment changer les touches du clavier ?

Tirez doucement vers le haut le capuchon de touche à l’aide d’un extracteur (fourni ou vendu séparément). Pour les modèles à commutateurs soudés, le remplacement du switch nécessite un fer à souder. Si vous possédez une version hot-swap, vous pouvez changer le switch sans soudure.

Comment personnaliser l'éclairage RGB ?

Téléchargez le logiciel Cougar UIX sur le site officiel. Connectez votre clavier, puis vous pourrez attribuer des couleurs par touche, créer des effets dynamiques et synchroniser avec d’autres périphériques Cougar.

Que faire si une touche ne fonctionne plus ?

Vérifiez d’abord la connexion USB et redémarrez votre PC. Si le problème persiste, testez la touche dans le logiciel. Si elle ne répond pas, il peut s’agir d’un défaut du commutateur. Contactez le support technique Cougar pour une éventuelle réparation ou remplacement.

Comment activer le mode jeu ?

Le mode jeu désactive la touche Windows pour éviter les interruptions. Appuyez sur la touche Fn + Windows pour l’activer ou le désactiver. Vous pouvez aussi configurer ce mode via le logiciel Cougar UIX.

Le repose-poignet est-il amovible ?

Oui, le repose-poignet du Cougar Deathfire Ex est détachable grâce à un système magnétique. Vous pouvez l’enlever ou le remettre facilement selon votre préférence.

Comment réinitialiser le clavier ?

Maintenez les touches Esc et Espace enfoncées en même temps, puis branchez le câble USB. Le clavier reviendra aux réglages d’usine. Cette opération efface tous les profils personnalisés.

Y a-t-il une garantie ?

Cougar offre une garantie de 2 ans pour les défauts de fabrication. Conservez votre preuve d’achat. La garantie ne couvre pas l’usure normale ni les dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation.

If the product has defects in material or manufacture, COUGAR will provide product repair and replacement service (user price per unit).
