Comment connecter le clavier Cougar Puri à mon ordinateur ?

Branchez simplement le câble USB détachable du clavier sur un port USB 2.0 ou 3.0 de votre ordinateur. Le clavier est reconnu automatiquement. Aucun pilote n'est nécessaire pour les fonctions de base.

Comment configurer le rétroéclairage RGB du Puri ?

Utilisez le logiciel Cougar UIX téléchargeable sur le site officiel de Cougar. Vous pouvez y personnaliser les effets, les couleurs par touche et créer vos propres profils. Des raccourcis clavier permettent aussi de changer les effets sans logiciel (Fn+...).

Oui, le clavier Cougar Puri fonctionne sous Windows, macOS et Linux. Il est reconnu comme un clavier standard. Certaines fonctionnalités avancées (comme le logiciel de configuration) peuvent être limitées sous macOS.

Comment nettoyer mon clavier Cougar Puri ?

Débranchez d'abord le clavier. Utilisez un chiffon microfibre sec ou légèrement humidifié avec de l'eau ou un nettoyant doux. Évitez les liquides en excès. Pour les zones entre les touches, utilisez une bombe d'air comprimé ou un pinceau antistatique.

Que faire si une touche ne fonctionne plus ?

Vérifiez d'abord si le switch est enfoncé correctement. Si le problème persiste, vous pouvez retirer le capuchon de touche (keycap) et nettoyer le switch. Si le switch est défectueux, il peut être remplacé (selon le modèle Puri, les switchs sont soudés ou hot-swappable). Consultez la notice ou contactez le SAV.

Comment réinitialiser le clavier aux paramètres d'usine ?

Maintenez les touches Fn + Esc pendant environ 5 secondes jusqu'à ce que le rétroéclairage clignote. Relâchez, le clavier redémarre avec les réglages par défaut. Vous pouvez aussi le faire via le logiciel Cougar UIX.

Puis-je utiliser le clavier Puri avec une console de jeu (PS4, Xbox) ?

Le clavier Cougar Puri peut être utilisé avec certaines consoles si elles supportent les claviers USB (PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series). Attention, certaines fonctionnalités comme le logiciel ne sont pas disponibles sur console.

Oui, le câble USB du Cougar Puri est détachable. Il utilise un connecteur micro-USB ou USB-C (selon version). En cas de dommage, vous pouvez remplacer le câble par un câble standard.

Comment créer des macros sur le Puri ?

Ouvrez le logiciel Cougar UIX, sélectionnez le clavier Puri, puis l'onglet 'Macro'. Enregistrez vos séquences de touches et assignez-les à une touche de votre choix. Vous pouvez exporter et importer vos profils.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights granted under local law. These rights may vary.

WARRANTY AGREEMENT

- If the product has defects in material or manufacture, COUGAR will provide product repair and replacement service within the warranty period.

- Our warranty service is based on the date of the invoice or warranty card (must be affixed with the store stamp). If you lose the aforementioned evidence, we will apply the original shipping date of the product as the beginning date of warranty period. The shipping date will be identified by the product serial number(S/N).

CONDITIONS WHERE FREE MAINTENANCE IS NOT PROVIDED

- Any fault or damage caused by natural disasters (including storm, fire, flood, thunder, earthquake, etc). - Any fault or damage caused by accidental factors and man-made reasons (including hit, scrape, crash, moving, compression, stain, corrosion, use of incurred on unsuitable voltage, computer virus, riot, misuse, malicious damage, etc)
