Comment brancher le casque Ekho H30 sur mon PC ?

Branchez le câble USB (si présent) ou le jack 3,5 mm dans les ports correspondants de votre PC. Pour le micro, utilisez le connecteur combiné ou séparé selon votre carte son.

Le son ne fonctionne que d'un côté, que faire ?

Vérifiez que le câble est bien enfoncé. Testez sur un autre appareil pour exclure une panne matérielle. Si le problème persiste, contactez le support Ozone.

Le micro ne capte pas ma voix, comment régler ?

Assurez-vous que le micro est correctement branché et non en sourdine. Dans les paramètres son de votre système, sélectionnez le micro comme périphérique par défaut et augmentez le niveau.

Puis-je utiliser ce casque sans micro ?

Oui, le micro est amovible. Vous pouvez le retirer pour une utilisation plus légère ou pour écouter de la musique sans micro.

Comment nettoyer les coussinets du Ekho H30 ?

Essuyez les coussinets avec un chiffon doux légèrement humidifié. Ne les immergez pas dans l'eau et évitez les produits chimiques agressifs.

Le casque est-il compatible avec la Xbox One ?

Oui, via le port jack 3,5 mm de la manette. Pour le chat vocal, vous aurez peut-être besoin d’un adaptateur stéréo Microsoft (selon le modèle de manette).

Comment activer l'éclairage RGB ?

L'éclairage RGB s'allume automatiquement lorsqu'il est connecté via USB. Certains modèles permettent de changer les couleurs via un logiciel Ozone (téléchargeable sur leur site).

Que faire si le casque serre trop ?

L'arceau est réglable : étirez doucement les branches pour ajuster la pression. Les coussinets en mousse à mémoire de forme s'adaptent après quelques heures d'utilisation.

Puis-je remplacer le câble du casque ?

Oui, le câble est amovible sur certains modèles. Vous pouvez commander un câble de rechange auprès de Ozone ou utiliser un câble jack standard compatible.

Le son est de mauvaise qualité, comment améliorer ?

Vérifiez que les pilotes audio de votre PC sont à jour. Ajustez l'égaliseur dans les paramètres sonores. Assurez-vous que le casque est bien branché et que le volume n'est pas au maximum (distorsion).

2. Wait until your system detects, configures the plug and play device and finishes the installation
