FOIRE AUX QUESTIONS - Immersa Cougar

Comment brancher le casque Cougar Immersa à ma console ?

Branchez le câble jack 3,5 mm du casque dans la prise casque de votre manette ou de la console. Pour le son surround, installez le logiciel Cougar UIX (sur PC) et sélectionnez le mode 7.1 virtuel.

Le microphone ne fonctionne pas, que faire ?

Vérifiez que le câble est bien enfoncé et que la fonction muet n'est pas activée (bouton sur le câble). Assurez-vous également que le micro n'est pas désactivé dans les paramètres audio de votre appareil.

Puis-je utiliser le casque avec mon téléphone ?

Oui, le casque est compatible avec les smartphones disposant d'une prise jack 3,5 mm. Si votre téléphone n'a pas de prise jack, utilisez un adaptateur USB-C vers jack.

Comment activer le son surround 7.1 ?

Téléchargez et installez le logiciel Cougar UIX depuis le site officiel. Branchez le casque, puis activez l'option 'Surround 7.1' dans l'interface du logiciel.

Le son est trop faible, comment l'augmenter ?

Utilisez la molette de volume située sur le câble du casque. Vous pouvez aussi augmenter le volume dans les paramètres audio de votre appareil ou via le logiciel Cougar UIX.

Comment nettoyer les coussinets du casque ?

Retirez les coussinets (ils sont clipsés). Nettoyez-les avec un chiffon doux légèrement humide et laissez sécher à l'air libre avant de les remettre.

Le câble du casque est endommagé, puis-je le remplacer ?

Contactez le service après-vente Cougar pour commander un câble de remplacement. Le câble est amovible sur certains modèles, vérifiez si le vôtre l'est.

Le casque est-il compatible avec la Xbox Series X ?

Oui, branchez-le directement sur la prise jack de la manette. Le son surround 7.1 n'est pas disponible sur Xbox, mais le son stéréo fonctionne parfaitement.

Comment mettre à jour le firmware du casque ?

Le logiciel Cougar UIX peut rechercher les mises à jour. Ouvrez le logiciel, allez dans 'Paramètres' puis 'Mise à jour firmware' et suivez les instructions.

Le casque serre trop, comment l'ajuster ?
