Comment mettre à jour les cartes sur le Zenec Z-E4626 ?

Connectez le navigateur à un PC via le câble USB, puis rendez-vous sur le site de Zenec ou utilisez le logiciel de mise à jour fourni. Suivez les instructions à l'écran. Assurez-vous d'avoir une connexion Internet stable et assez d'espace de stockage.

Le GPS ne s'allume pas, que faire ?

Vérifiez que la batterie est chargée (branchez l'adaptateur allume-cigare). Si l'écran reste noir, essayez un reset matériel en appuyant sur le bouton reset (petit trou) à l'aide d'un trombone. Si le problème persiste, contactez le support Zenec.

Comment connecter mon téléphone en Bluetooth ?

Activez le Bluetooth sur votre téléphone. Sur le GPS, allez dans Paramètres > Bluetooth > Rechercher. Sélectionnez votre téléphone et acceptez l'appairage. Vous pourrez ensuite passer des appels mains-libres.

Puis-je utiliser le GPS sans l'allume-cigare ?

Oui, le Zenec Z-E4626 dispose d'une batterie interne qui offre environ 2 heures d'autonomie. Vous pouvez l'utiliser sans fil à condition de l'avoir chargé au préalable.

Comment régler le volume du guidage vocal ?

Pendant la navigation, appuyez sur l'icône haut-parleur à l'écran. Un curseur apparaît pour ajuster le volume. Vous pouvez aussi modifier le volume dans les paramètres de navigation.

La batterie se décharge rapidement, est-ce normal ?

L'autonomie dépend de l'utilisation (luminosité, Bluetooth, navigation). Si la batterie tient moins d'une heure, elle peut être usée. Contactez un réparateur agréé pour son remplacement.

Comment réinitialiser les paramètres d'usine ?

Allez dans Paramètres > Système > Réinitialisation. Confirmez le choix. Cela efface toutes vos données personnelles. Effectuez cette opération si l'appareil rencontre des problèmes logiciels.

Puis-je installer des applications supplémentaires ?

Non, le Zenec Z-E4626 fonctionne avec un système d'exploitation propriétaire et n'accepte que les mises à jour officielles. Il n'est pas possible d'installer des applications tierces.

Le GPS ne capte pas les satellites, que faire ?

Placez le GPS près d'une fenêtre ou à l'extérieur. Vérifiez que la fonction GPS est activée dans les paramètres. Si le problème persiste, un reset peut aider.

Comment nettoyer l'écran tactile ?

ABOUT THIS MANUAL

This manual describes how to operate the device, vehicle-specific facts, and the most important basic functions. In addition, the equipment variants and functions of the ZENEC system are described, as well as optional equipment of the vehicle manufacturer that may not be included as standard in your vehicle. This manual does not refer separately to such issues. Differences from this information, features or functions cannot be used for any claims.

If the driver is distracted, this may cause an accident or injury. Operating the ZENEC system while driving can distract attention from the general traffic situation!

Use of the multifunction steering wheel and other vehicle functions will require a vehicle-specific CAN/Stalk interface. Further information may be obtained from an authorized ZENEC dealer.

BASIC OPERATION

TURN ON / OFF

Manual On / Off

Short press the rotary knob on the left, to turn the ZENEC system on, long press turn off (fig. S/01 ③).

Automatic On / Off

Vehicles without CAN bus:

The device automatically switches on/off by ignition signal.

Vehicles with CAN bus interface:

Switching on the ignition will activate the ZENEC system. The boot process can take up to 1.5 minutes.

This may result in some delay until the system is ready. The ZENEC system is shut down by switching off the ignition, or removing the ignition key.

NOTE

Use of the multifunction steering wheel and other vehicle functions will require a vehicle-specific

CAN/Stalk interface. Further information may be obtained from an authorized ZENEC dealer.

ANTI-THEFT PROTECTION

The ZENEC system is equipped with an anti-theft protection function. If this is active, on restarting the ZENEC system after interruption of the power supply you will be asked to enter your password.

To change the password:

In this menu you can make the various sound settings. Tone control is available for each source separately.

GENERAL

NAVIGATION UPDATE

Activation of the free 12-month map software update period begins once the ZENEC system has been switched on and running over a distance of >10 km.

Requirements

1. PC or notebook with a Windows XP (Service Pack 2) operating system or higher, an SD card reader, together with broadband Internet access. Apple OS not supported.
2. An activated navigation map microSD card (set content)
3. Latest Naviextras Toolbox software, installed on your computer. Download-Link: https://zenec.naviextras.com/shop/portal/downloads

To be able to update your ZENEC device with new maps, proceed as follows:

1. Go to https://zenec.navlextras.com/shop/portal and set up a user account with a password and the personal data for your navigation device.
2. Download the Toolbox Software: Naviextras Toolbox Download. Read through the application instructions before taking any further steps. The Toolbox is periodically updated. Therefore, should you want to make a map update at a later time, always download the latest Toolbox version. This will guarantee optimal compatibility of all data transfer functions.
