Comment régler l'heure et la date sur ma montre Omega Constellation ?

Tirez la couronne en position 2 (clic) pour régler la date, puis en position 3 pour régler l'heure. Évitez de changer la date entre 20h et 2h du matin pour ne pas endommager le mouvement.

Ma montre est automatique : dois-je la remonter à la main ?

Oui, si elle n'a pas été portée pendant plus de 48h. Vissez la couronne (si vissée), puis tournez-la dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre environ 20 fois. Le remontage manuel n'endommage pas le mouvement.

Quelle est l'étanchéité de la Constellation ? Puis-je nager avec ?

L'étanchéité est de 100 mètres (10 ATM). Vous pouvez nager en surface, mais évitez la plongée profonde ou les sports nautiques à fort impact. Après contact avec l'eau salée, rincez à l'eau douce.

Comment changer le bracelet de ma montre ?

Utilisez un outil de changement de bracelet ou un tournevis fin pour appuyer sur le trou du barillet. Les bracelets Omega sont interchangeables facilement. Consultez un bijoutier si nécessaire.

La pile de ma montre est-elle remplaçable ?

Les modèles Constellation sont automatiques, donc pas de pile à remplacer. L'énergie provient du mouvement du poignet. Si la montre s'arrête, un remontage manuel suffit.

Que faire si ma montre prend l'eau ?

Retirez immédiatement la montre et séchez-la avec un chiffon doux. Si de l'eau est entrée, confiez-la rapidement à un centre Omega pour éviter la corrosion.

Comment nettoyer ma montre Omega ?

Utilisez un chiffon microfibre légèrement humide. Ne pas utiliser de produits chimiques ou abrasifs. Pour le bracelet métallique, un bain d'eau tiède savonneuse est possible, puis rincez et séchez.

Ma montre retarde ou avance : que faire ?

Les montres automatiques ont une précision de -2 à +5 secondes par jour (chronomètre). Un écart plus important peut nécessiter un réglage. Consultez un service après-vente agréé Omega.

Où puis-je faire réviser ma Constellation ?

Rendez-vous dans un centre de service Omega agréé ou chez un horloger certifié. Une révision tous les 5 à 7 ans est recommandée pour maintenir l'étanchéité et la précision.

La couronne est vissée : comment l'utiliser ?

Dévissez la couronne en tournant dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre jusqu'à ce qu'elle se libère. Après réglage, revissez-la fermement pour garantir l'étanchéité.

WATCH FUNCTIONS

The crown has 3 positions:

1. Normal position (wearing position): when the crown is positioned against the case, the crown ensures that the watch is water-resistant.
2. Correcting the date: pull the crown out to position 2, turn the crown forwards or backwards, then push the crown back to position 1.
3. Time setting: hours – minutes – seconds. Pull the crown out to position 3. The seconds hand will stop. Turn the crown forwards or backwards. Synchronise the seconds by pushing the crown back to position 1 to coincide with a given time signal.

The end of battery life is indicated by the seconds hand making 4-second jumps. The watch will continue to function for several days, but the battery must be removed and replaced by an authorised OMEGA service agent as soon as possible.

FOLDOVER CLASPS

Opening (fig. 1): to open the clasp, press the two pushers on either side of the OMEGA buckle and pull upwards.

Closing (fig. 2): put the watch on your wrist and close the clasp by pushing on it with your thumb until you hear a click. (fig. 2).

Adjusting the length (fig. 3): free the longer section from the two slideways (A) and from the catch (B). Adjust the bracelet in the required direction and reinsert in the catch and the two slideways. Try the watch for size and readjust if necessary.
